Best Western Mermaid Yarmouth

Good breakfast, had no keys when we went had to be let in by staff, pool was empty, kitchenette room was nice hair dryer didn’t work, clean bathroom

While this is an older motel it is clean and the staff are friendly. The rooms were comfortable and contained the amenities necessary for travelers.Although I couldn't recommend this hotel as a destination, it's not a bad place to stop if you're passing through.Breakfast was included in our room charge. Each breakfast was ordered and cooked individually. That was an awesome touch for the Best Western.

We were evaluated from our home because of a forest fire and we were lucky to get a room for 3 days at such an amazing hotel

The staff at this location are the best. Each and every one of them went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. Made to order breakfasts are very nice and the buffet was good as well. A great stay.

Really clean room for the price there's not really anything to complain about. The only suggestion I have is to clean the steps because my father in law had a hard time walking on them.

OK folks, this is a regular Best Western motel and I'm reviewing it as such. 5 stars because everything was perfect. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive, pleasant, and accommodating. I can't say enough about how much they made us feel welcomed and valued as their guests. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The sheets were clean and crisp. The location is close to the CAT ferry dock. The breakfast was great, too. They take your order when you arrive and then in the morning make real eggs and waffles to order. Everyone on the staff that we met was a joy to be around and treated their guests professionally yet in a super friendly manner. We will stay here again when we're in Yarmouth.

It was an overnight stay to catch a concert in Yarmouth. The front desk check in was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely se up. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet! Check out was easy as we could just leave our keys and go if we had no further business, however in our case we went down for their included Breakfast which was quite good, Our overall experience was worth recommending to others!!!
