Cumberland Parkade ,Yorkville

This is definitely the best parking garage in the city. It is in a great location, accessible, and the best part is that it is not underground. You feel super safe parking here. The daily rate is excellent and the staff is also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Do NOT park here. Very poor quality parking lot. They were charging $25 for parking on the weekend. $2.50 per 15 minutes. They had issues with their system, and we waited 30 minutes to exit, and they charged up extra for making us wait Incredibly poorly setup.

I parked for literally 15 minutes. I was charged $8.00. How is that okay? I was stopping by Yorkville to see my surgeon and I have no problem paying for parking, but $8.00 for 15 minutes? That's crazy pricing. Please avoid this parking garage if you can. You'll save money going elsewhere. In fact I only used this lot because my usual lot was full.

Tom’s response times and information are beyond helpful! - as someone who prefers to get a straight answer from a known person, it’s super helpful to have the ability to communicate with the place directly instead of having no one but a 1-800 number or automated email.

This is the best parking lot in Yorkville. You can enter/exit the lot on either Cumberland St or Yorkville Ave for a very convenient experience during rush hour.Their newly added car chargers makes it easy for me to charge my Rivian R1S.I chose this this lot to stay the night in after my wife kicked me out of the house when the Maple Leafs lost in overtime, it's a quiet lot that's not underground, so no smog or pollution. I feel safe when I park here, and the cost was reasonable!

Reasonable overnight rate. Pricey during the day very much on par with the rest of the neighborhood. Pedestrian access is safe and clean. Some of the buttons on the payment machines need repair - including the “C” which is very common on license plates right now! - but you can pay online.

Somehow noticeably more expensive than the garage next door.

I usually come here every week, the garage is already a scam. I got charged $27 for 2 hours.... Today i paid the $27 and put the ticket in my pocket. When i reached the gate to insert it, i couldn’t find the ticket. It must have fell somewhere. I went to the office and i informed them that i just paid and that i can’t find my ticket ( i didn’t take the receipt). A gentlemen takes me to his boss and he straight away accuses my while shouting that i am trying to Scam him. He said that usually 3-4 people do this everyday and its funny that i don’t have neither my ticket or receipt. I showed him the transaction on my visa card, on my phone and he still didn’t believe me and demanded that i pay the FULL charge again. After checking the garage floors for the ticket and going back, one of his coworkers took out the receipt from the machine and based on my credit card number, he proved to his Boss that i payed it. The way the manager accused me straight away and kept shouting was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never return to this parking garage. There is a perfectly good garage attached to Yorkville village that has respectable and professional staff (Entrance is on Avenue rd, right after yorkville ave)

Their signage on the street states $3.75 for 20 minutes or less. I parked for 10 minutes, on my way out I was asked to pay $7.50. I declined to pay that amount since I was expecting $3.75 for 10 minutes. I tried resolve the matter with the security guy who said that because it’s Sunday, there is no way to contact anyone. Eventually, after I persisted, he contacted some kind of “manager”, saying that I just have to pay and there is no other way to resolve that at the given time and that the more I stayed, the more I would have to pay. He said that I should email the manager mentioned in the signage who would help me to resolve the issue by reimbursing me.I paid the $7.50 against my will, staying for a total of 20 minutes, including the time that I was arguing about it. Next day I email the manager called Tom Dun, the next day I called the guy as well. 2 weeks after and they just ignore me, they never replied the emails and they never helped me with double charging me, just like that. It’s not about the $4, it’s about the decency between consumer and seller, about the expectation and about mocking me in my face. Check what you pay, these guys are notorious. Hopefully bank will approve the dispute. Never again for me, plenty of other options around the area.

Manager is extremely rude. My ticket never came out of the machine and when I tried to explain that I get “I have never heard of this one before”. And they never bothered to help....it’s such a scam, and I bumped into someone who also had a difficult time. My recommendation is to NEVER PARK HERE!! It’s not reliablePark at the Yorkville village parking if you are in the area. People are much nicer
