Without a doubt the best pool company in London if not Ontario. We worked with them from conception to completion on our pool oasis. They did not let us down in anyway. At every step Anna was there, double checking everything making sure it would turn out as amazing as it did. The whole installation team were great during the whole project. Here we are three years later the pool has been an amazing addition and we have them do our openings and closings, do our water testing and buy our supplies from them.I honestly and wholeheartedly recommend them and I do not say that lightly.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! Go to Pioneer Pools, much better!Stopped in here yesterday looking for a simple O Ring for a hose connection. It was 4:55 and they close at 5:00 and the girl was clearly not happy to see me.First told me she couldn't help me without the pump model, when I explained it had nothing to do with the pump it was a hose fitting, she huffed and went into the back, came out with a plastic hose fitting that was nothing like what I asked for, and when I told her that's not what I'm looking for she said well that's all we have".Didn't ask any questions

I needed some quick advice on stabilizing a freshly filled hot tub. Was very helpful in her level of patience and information. She was fantastic!!!!

Been going here for years but they have made some changes that make a super convient place (2min) ridiculous to support. There markup on things have gone astronomical. They now charge for water testing, a service that is free pretty much everywhere when buying chemicals. They wish to charge people $20 to test water but still expect them to buy heavily marked up chemicals. Just too bad to nikel and dime people on both ends.

Unfortunately I would not recommend Hollandia Pools & Spa to anyone looking to have repairs or construction work done. After SEVERAL (over 9 months) of communicating back and fourth with this business to try and book an appointment to have a simple, yet critical, issue with our highly intricate pool repaired, we have not heard back from them. We have been extremely proactive and patient in trying to book an appointment with this business - connecting very early in the year, updating credit card information, phoning, emailing….& we have had no luck. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating to have this experience.

I have been using Hollandia for a number of years, for everything from pool chemicals, to service, to replacement equipment, to a full renovation of our pool.Overall, I do enjoy working with Hollandia. Their retail manager, Mike, is awesome to work with and always willing to talk through issues and find solutions. Their Reno/install department was an absolute dream to work with (shout out to Scott, who made my vision come to life and was available every step of the way!).My only real negative about this company is how difficult it is to get in touch with their service department. I have had many times that I’ve used their online chat through the website and never received a response… I have also learned that I cannot expect to get a live person in the service dept when calling, ever… it will ALWAYS go to voicemail, which is frustrating if you’re calling for something simple (like pricing for a simple service, or to determine if you need service or not).Once things are actually scheduled, they’re very quick to come out and go above and beyond. Tech department are fabulous (Derek from tech was amazing when he came out, and took the extra steps to make sure everything was perfect before leaving).Overall, love to deal with them for the “big things”!

Purchased two couplings and asked for the PVC glue and they sent me home with 23 dollar lubricant , I even asked him if this is the glue with the brush he advises me it's what I needed. Ended up taken it back the next day unopened and he then said no refunds but would sell me the Glue . Said no thanks I'll never spend a dollar there again.

They wanted to charge for a water test !!Been going there for years for all my chemicals and chlorine. Not anymore! I refuse to be nickle and dimed ! I now go to another business that has a better service team I found out! And get a price and date to replace our liner. There are better places I found out!!
