My daughter was shopping for a vehicle. I was very impressed with the knowledge Curtis provided us. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. Definitely a great place to buy a vehicle.I was also very happy with Keith explaining all the extended warranty to us. It was nice to make an informed decision without any pressure. Both Curtis and Keith made our experience great. I would definitely recommend dealing with either of them .

Shout out to Denny at Sun Valley Honda for helping out my daughter when her car was having issues with the ignition. He notified his staff that the car was being towed in and to try and get repaired as soon as they could. Being that the car was towed in on a Friday morning, they quickly diagnosed the issue and provided 2 different estimates on the repair required. My daughters Service Advisor was Tara and she was amazing. Consistent communication and provided the pros and cons of each estimate. We decided to go with the higher estimate knowing that it was the right thing to do based on Tara’s educational recommendation. The car was fixed by Monday end of day and my daughter is back on the road allowing her to get to work. GREAT JOB SUN VALLEY HONDA !!!!And just to add a quick note. Denny was on holidays when he was asked to help us out, and he thankfully did. Thx Denny.

Let's start out by saying I've been looking to buy a vehicle for over 1 year. Tried to deal with sales people 3+ times. All different. And they failed to communicate. So one day I called another city dealership, got an appointment and approved the same hour for the vehicle I wanted. I then turn to sun valley for warranty and service. Both times were ignorant, ununhelpful service right from called and booking apponment to dropping off vehicle, over speaking employees and then not ready to pick up when said to be ready. It's goes as far as they didn't even fix my vehicle the last time as apparently to busy for when they scheduled it for. As far as I'm concerned I'll take my business elsewhere. Service like that don't stand in today's world.

Awesome helpful service! We were driving our way across the country to the east coast when our passports auto assist cruise control went on the fritz and we couldn't figure out how to engage the regular cruise control. They took the time to walk us through turning off the ACC over the phone so we could still use cruise control saving our trip. Thanks for the help!

I bought my 2007 Honda Element and have had all my maintenance done here. The staff are professional, friendly and sensitive about suggestions. Not pushy in the slightest. My next vehicle will come from this dealership.

If you are searching for a used vehicle that is mechanically sound and clean, it is worth the drive to Medicine Hat to talk to Curtis. He's polite, not pushing and even completed a video walk through for me. I knew what I was purchasing before I left my house. All records are provided including mechanic inspection. Highly recommend, we are very happy with our purchase :)

I gotta give props to this place, best service I’ve ever gotten. Brought my car in for a broken ignition and got it done very fast. Tara my advisor was super friendly and very helpful to all the questions and concerns I had and put a smile on my face. Denny the General manager personally helped as well with questions and concerns about my car, very friendly as well and gave me a discount on top of that. Today we finalized the purchase of our ‘new’ used CRV. Our journey to find it has taken many weeks. Initially Savannah greeted us on a somewhat stormy day, listened attentively to the details of our desired vehicle. She would note our request and told us a possible vehicle maybe available in a month. Periodically she communicated with us over the weeks. Upon its arrival at Sun Valley, Savannah contacted us to see the vehicle, we considered it (without any pressure from her). We told her we would be away from MH for a preplanned time. She ‘held’ the CRV for us until our return & then we were able to seriously consider it by examining & test driving it. Savannah is very patient , friendly and pleasant … any and all questions were answered with ease . She is a professional and knowledgeable member of the Sun Valley Honda team! Savannah provided us with detailed info about our vehicle’s features and most importantly demonstrated each and again answered all questions whether trivial or crucial… she approached each as important concerns!! We felt very deceived when dealing with Sun Valley. We called about a 2020 KIA Sorento EX+ and made arrangements to go in and take a look at it. We took it for a test drive and asked technical question on it and the sales person went back and got the answers for us. We made a verbal offer at 17:50 just before they were closing and asked for a response. This was in response to numerous questions what can we do to close this deal?". We were told that they would get back to us first thing in the morning after 9am but most likely after 9:30 since the was a morning meeting. When my wife called the next morning she was told it sold to someone who financed the vehicle where we were going to pay cash. When my wife asked why no one called us before accepting another offer she was told the offer was made before we took the vehicle for a test drive. There was no response to why then we were not informed when we came in that there was an offer or why we were repeatedly asked "what can we do to close this". I suspect that since dealerships get commissions and fees for financing that is why the took the other deal. However it turned out better for us since we decided not to go local and got a EX with half the Km's for $2000 less just by going to Calgary.There was no communication with the dealership even after my wife asked for the manager to call her.You can check out my other reviews and see I do not give negative reviews unless they are earned."

I purchased a 2022 Acura TLX Type-S from Sun Valley and can't say enough good things about my experience here. I live in Edmonton, AB and dealt with Curtis Wells throughout the entire process and he was very genuine and very thorough. I won't go into all the details, but I will say that this is by far the best experience I've had at a dealership from start to finish. Keith in Finance had the paperwork ready to go for when I got there, and while I was sitting there waiting to finish things up, Savanah (Sales) came along and talked to me. Very easy going atmosphere and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and personable. Definitely recommend Sun Valley.
