Just bought a BBQ from Friendly Fires. My first Napoleon BBQ and it cooked my first meal perfectly. Dealt with Steve, he had all the answers for every question I had. Not pushy and didn't make me feel like I had to make a decision right away. Store and sales team get a 6 star rating. I'll be recommending everyone I know to this store

A positive experience from beginning to end with friendly reliable professionals. They arrived when they said they would and were clean and neat and made everything right. Total satisfaction. We would highly recommend these folks from the office coordinator to the technicians to the service department, they looked after us promptly and thoroughly. High praise indeed.

My boy garbiel immediately welcomed me into the store and asked how he could help. After helping me find my product, garbel wished me happy smoking and I was on my way. Incredible staff, atmosphere and experience. I will definitely be returning. 5stars.much goodness. Very great wow.

I bought a used Heritage gas fireplace/stove on Marketplace, but couldn't get the gas hooked up without a manual and couldn't fine one online because the manufacturer in Collingwood had gone out of business. With a phone call to ERIC at Friendly Fires was able to source one and email it to me on the spot! Great Service; thank you Eric and Friendly Fires!

We contacted Friendly Fires to resolve some issues we were having with our gas fireplace. Bobby & Zachary were the two technicians who provided the service. They were excellent, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions , explained how the new thermostat worked and resolved all of the issues. I would highly recommend Friendly Fires for the professional quality service and customer focus they deliver.

We purchased a fireplace from Friendly Fires and just recently had it installed. The level of professionalism, service and knowledge that we received from all the associates was impeccable. From the minute we walked into the store - right up to the 2 gentlemen that came to our home to complete the installation, we were very impressed! Glad we choose Friendly Fires when we needed to replace our old gas fire. Hayley's serivce in the store was superb and The process of inspection and installation was a pleasant experience.The installers were Hery Penyk and Jason Hucaluk. They went the extra mile to carefully plan and execute a rather tricky installation of the pipe. They managed to get it done without any damage to the ceiling. We were super happy with that and with their great attitude and friendly disposition.A job well done!!.We are totally with our new Envireo Westwood stove. It's beautiful!!Thanks guys.

My experience with Friendly Fires was first rate.Thomas was an excellent communicator and never let me down.The technicians Bobby and Connor were a pleasure to have in our home. They were extremely tidy, pleasant and knowledgeable. And no complaints working on the coldest day of the year, well done!
