Audrey was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. It was our third vacation booking with her and we’ll definitely be back!

The overall experience was good and everyone was very helpful. The agent who sold us the tickets seemed to be new to the position but it didn't disappoint. The only detail that annoyed me a little bit was the comment on my long family name multiple times. Other than that all went well.

customer service sucks. no communication between the team. called 3+times to cancel a flight spoke with rep was given directions which I followed and apparently it wasn't canceled . now a week passed by still waiting for a simple letter of confirmation. however one thing is consistent is emails with out of the office""

I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am of Katrina.  She was always attentive when I booked my trip for  last November.  She always responded in a  timely fashion and answered any question I had.  Katrina to this day has been helping me resolve a problem that  I had with the company that we booked our trip through, she responds and keeps me updated weekly and goes out of her way to get an answer from them.  I just wanted you to know I really enjoyed working with Katrina, she puts her customers first and has always been pleasant to work with.Thank you

BUYER BEWAREThis is not a review about this location in particular but a review of Flight Center as a whole...I booked my flight on Sunday and I immediately noticed I got the dates wrong. So I called the help line- the help line is closed on the weekends. I called a few numbers and they were all closed. I thought I should contact them right away to make the change and I found their 24/7 emergency line. Their emergency line said to only call if you are leaving within 48hours. Which I was not so I figured I'd call them straight away the next day.I called the next day and the man I spoke to said I should have called the emergency line as my situation would have been considered an emergency. He said he could change the flight - it was 200 dollars cheaper to fly on the proper days. I asked for the difference back and he said that would have only been able to happen if I called the same day. Even though I did call the same day and they were closed- he said I should have called the emergency line. He said he would look into the matter and get back to me the next day.He did not get back to me the next day so I emailed the info line since I did not have a way of contacting him. I got an automatic replying saying if I'm looking for a refund to call the emergency line. I called the emergency line and the person on the other side said they wouldn't be able to help me and they said even if I called the same day like the other man said- they wouldn't have been able to help me anyways.Anyways lesson learned- NEVER AGAIN will I book with flight center. Conflicting information and terrible support.

My wife and I booked a trip to a resort in Cancun Mexico with the help of Linda Nabokov from Flight Centre lin Coquitlam B.C. Linda went out of her way to find everything tnat we needed. We are in our 80s, and she spent extra time with us to make our trip memorable. Linda is very nice and very knowledgeable and we will definitely rely on her for our next vacation

Thank goodness one of these at least is still open. Not really all that convenient but it is here or Kits. Been helped by 2 people and I have found them friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken the time to check out multiple flights and times to try and get me better seating which I appreciate.I will continue to go here in the future to book any flights I need. Hope they stay open.

Knowledgeable when it comes to booking hotels/ all inclusive packages in general but do not depend on agents for clear booking of room type / hotel transfers. Terrible customer service when trying to get refunds issued from Flight Centre after the Airline has already credited them your money.
