I've worked at Pro Line for over two years, and I am so grateful I was hired. The culture is positive, caring, and many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your progression and where you want to go. The managers put forth a concerted effort to have conversations with you about what motivates you and how they can support you both inside and outside of the work environment.Expectations and standards of work are clearly set-out and the management ensures that all employees uptake the best possible standard of care. The support from the management makes transitioning into different work environments easy, seamless and fun!As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious, Pro Line was one of the first companies to implement a transparent and clearly set out policy. Our healthy and safety came first, and from an employees perspective, it was reassuring to know that company had our backs.

I Have been working with proline for over a year now and so far, all I have experience was professionalism and great quality work. The managent are very friendly and responsive upon talking to them over the phone.The pay to start was very competitive and you'll get raises the longer you stay with them.I believe that proline is a great company especially for lifeguards who are looking for a competitive pay and a great experience for the summer.I will continue to refer as many of my friends and encourage you to do so aswell.

I worked here last year during the COVID-19 pandemic and loved it. Amazing staff and great management. Very professional yet fun experience for any lifeguard. I would recommend anyone with their qualifications to work here for a great time!
