The Brick

I've been shopping exclusively at the Brick Wawa since 2013 and every experience I've had has been amazing! Martine has gone above & beyond for us every time!During the covid lockdown when the store was closed, our washer & dryer went & she helped us to get a new set right away.We have a very large family so over the past 9 years we've purchased a lot of things like beds, mattresses, bedding, fridges, stoves, washer & dryer, livingroom furniture & electronics. She helped us to pick out the best products for our family every time. We've had a few minor issues with the products themselves but never the store & Martine fixed us up without hesitation. We definitely recommend this store & we have to all of our friends & family.

Bought a floor model cabinet that was a great price and well put together, friendly customer service and good craftsmanship.

Went in this morning to buy a new fridge and stove set...Needed it like yesterday! Martine was absolutely amazing..so knowledgeable about all the products and so friendly! She made shopping very painless and did not push me to make choices that were not what I wanted or needed. This girl needs a raise in my opinion! She worked it so I could have my delivery today as it was much needed! Shop local you will get the best service and prices! I have been in other Bricks and this one by far is the very best! I will be back to buy here!!

Beautiful looking store. Martine is amazing!

I was in desperate need of a bed and found a Springwall mattress set in the flyer that I could afford. I called and spoke with Martine who informed me that the size I wanted (full) was not in stock, would have to be ordered and that it would take 2 weeks. She then mentioned that she had a full size Sealy mattress set in the back. I asked her if The Brick would match the price of the set in the flyer. Within a couple of days I had a beautiful bed that was worth twice as much. It is difficult to to shop locally, but I try my best. I thank Martine and The Brick for it's excellent customer service.

I have been shopping at the Brick for many years, whenever I need anything I go and see Martine and she always sets me up with the best products for my family. Martine is amazing and has always gone above and beyond to help me whenever I go there. Such incredible customer service every single time! I definitely recommend the Brick Wawa.

Where to start? Purchased a large wooden bed online and was delivered a week late. Side rail and slats broke in the middle of the night after 4 days. Sent 2 emails and called with no answer before we got a call back a week later from the Brick Wawa. Was told it was a month for replacement pieces or we could wait for a new bed and no refund/return due to policies (no return policy they only replace peices). A month later we receive new side rails but no slats. Called Wawa again and was told I would get a call back asap about the slats and when to expect them... still waiting 2 weeks later with no call. Buyer beware, unless you want a headache and poor product! Have been sleeping with mattress on the floor for 2 months STILL NO SLATS OR DELIVERY DATE.

If i could rate it 0 stars I would . My stove has been broken since April and picked up for n repair since May.. fast forward to November, still no stove wasnt even repaired yet. Poor customer service. Martine and her supervisor have been no help and beyond rude. When calling to know more last week thr supervisor laughed and told me it was just to bad eh and hung up on me. Save yourself the headache shop Leons.
