We have used Durham Pool and spa for the past 13 years. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and prompt. This is the first time they have done our pool liner and we could not be happier with the results. I have included pics from start to finish. Highly recommend Corey and his team for all your pool and spa needs.

These guys were great until they weren't. Disappointed how they left us high and dry to find another pool company to open our pool. Do not believe the response to this review from the company, it is not accurate. The truth is Cory called me at 11 am the day of the opening and said they couldn't make it but if they could get equipment running would it be ok if they dropped by later. A week later when I got hold of them finally, I was told a tragedy had occurred. Bottom line they never showed up or called us to reschedule. Over the course of a week Their story changed 3 times. We ended up struggling to find a company to open our pool at the height of the opening season. It took forever to find a reputable company with a vacant spot and our pool became stagnant and we had to drain it by the time we found another provider. Very costly. Corey and his company don't realize the calamity they caused us in my neighborhood. Many folks utilized them but never again. To leave customers on the lurch during the busy opening season is unacceptable. Use Crystal Clear Pools they are professional and reliable. Stay clear away from Corey and his durham pools company.

NEW LINER - Cory provided Outstanding, Quality service from the start. New pool liner, precision laser measured to ensure fit in a hump-back kidney shaped in-ground pool, delivered in timeline promised and installed in a quick 4 hours! Went with the Morrocan Tile liner - and it’s stunning. If you want sparkling turquoise water….it’s the one to choose. If you want quality of workmanship and customer service, give Cory a call!

I use this service for opening my pool and to test my lines. I needed a new liner. Corey and his team measured and installed a new liner at a fraction of the cost of the competitors and it looks beautiful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been dealing with Corey and his team for many years now, and they are the best of the best. Their professionalism and work ethics are highly commendable! My backyard is alway left spotless and Corey always goes above and beyond no matter what is asked of him. I highly recommend, no matter what the job is.

Booked my pool opening 2 months in advance and confirmed date/time 2 weeks before opening date. Day of, no one showed up. After 3 attempts to contact them, and 2.5 hours after they were supposed to be here, he responds that they got stuck in the rain and had to cancel the day. There was no rain until 2 hours after they were supposed to be at my house. He said they would get back to me with a new date shortly. 3 days later and haven't heard from them. Needless to say I have zero confidence in this company and have rebooked with someone else, and because it's last minute I'm now having to wait 3 extra weeks before pool is opened thanks to this company. Don't bother with them, they're non responsive and will leave you hanging.

Durham Pool & Spa Services has been our service provider for overall pool care. They recently installed a new liner for our pool. We are very happy with the fit as the previous liner which was installed by another pool service provider never fit properly. This team takes great pride in the service they provide. They are courteous and conscientious. 5 stars!!
