I highly recommend red light therapy to anyone who is going through a bad eczema break out or topical steroid withdrawal. After one session, I immediately noticed the difference in the swelling of my face.All the girls here are amazing, especially Amanda who explained the process of getting red light therapy and the benefits.This has really changed my life!

I was only going to this location to finish up my minutes (33min).Since purchasing a minutes pkg at the studio closest to my work on west 4th, I have yet to ever have a good experience with the Fabutan brand, it's unfortunate but hardly a surprise with franchises.I called to book an appt, which I specified to the girl that I was in yesterday at 6:45pm/just before closing, I'd like to come in today but also be able to go in tomorrow (sat) which they close at 5pm and I understand that there's a 24hr policy on tanning here.With all this information I ask- how can we make this work for me?She reply's - You'd have to come in at 4:30pm.Arriving to the studio, the same girl says I can't tan because it hasn't been 24hrs, obviously I know that because I already told her over the phone before arriving. She has the guts to tell me that while booking they don't check the accounts before making appts.When I call her out on not taking responsibility for doing her job- which is customer service oriented- listening to what I've said to her over the phone, telling her in advance what I'd like to do and hearing what issues it would bring, she just picks a fight with me, telling me I'm raising my voice to her and that I've got Sass! Girl ain't seen nothing, clearly unable to handle her job because she chooses not to do it- the job she's intended for; CUSTOMER SERVICE. A Happy customer, makes more happy customers.Don't waste your time and money here, fortunately there are better studios around (not franchises) with caring and kind staff actually interested to do their job.Sadly, brands and franchises like this will not care about Google reviews, because no one makes a good review on a one off good experience. If they ever had one. I bet they buy reviews and get the staff to have their friends make good reviews- doesn't show the means of a good business.

I went to see Amanda at the fabutan hushlash in walnut grove, she's their junior stylist so I was a bit skeptical as I like ppl with a bit more experience but she was honestly so impressive, she was very thorough with every step she did and in explaining to me about the health of my own lashes and the dos and don'ts of taking care of them. She takes a little longer but I am soooo happy with the way they turned out. I got a classic whispy set and they look so beautiful. Will definitely be going back to her.

My favorite tanning salon! Stace is an amazing manager, the staff are so friendly and personable. I always spend 10-15 minutes just chatting with them after my tan. Clean beds, good sales and promotions!

This review in no way reflects the poor girl at the counter. This review is about Victoria the lash technician". I called this morning at 11:52 and set up an appointment for 5:45 pm. Apparently Victoria really doesn't need her job as she appears to have shut her phone off after calling in to say she was running late. She wasn't home as the girl at the counter called and only got her dad. She also kept repeatedly calling and messaging Victoria but got voicemail right away and no response. Safe to say this type of service looks bad on the company and her as a professional. I will NOT be making another appointment."
