Kenworth Ontario – Ottawa

This review is overdue! During the summer and early fall of 2018, we had work done on our Prevost Motorcoach. Marc and Kristian were terrific - the shop was clean and efficient - and the work completed met all expectations. Great job - we would not hesitate to have more work done here, next time we are in Ottawa.

Do not apply for Office positions here. You will be lucky to last a month unless you have an opportunistic mindset. The staff is all right but could use a tune up in the genuine treatment department, it feels a bit fake. All the best!

Called for an appointment, dropped my truck at the appointment and nothing was done since the part was never ordered. Lost my truck for 2 days bcz of this and i still haven’t got the call from them to let me know the part is in to perform the reparation. Very bad service. Will start going to other truck repair shop.

Jason in parts went above and beyond. I couldn't find a Paccar air compressor part anywhere in Ontario or Manitoba. Until I called Jason. Kenworth Parts in Vars.... Top notch crew! I had very minimal down time. Thank you!

Bad service they will sell you a 300k truck but god forbids something theres a problem the follow week they will tell you they won’t have space to look at it for another 2 weeks, you make an appointment with them to look at the truck and it will be parked there for days before someone looks at it

12 days down time spread thru 3 different appointments and still haven't even touched my truck. Worst customer service I've ever experienced so far in my life time.

I recently had a great experience working with Jason at the Kenworth Ontario. He was able to track down a part that I couldn't find anywhere else, and within just a few days, my truck was up and running again. Service guys good parts never in stock if you plan on bringing your truck here be ready to leave your truck for a few days and I drive a kenworth go figure and don't stock parts so beware .they let you sit and wait all day no stores around far from everything customer service is not good cost me 250 dollars in taxis they have no shuttle.and another thing cost me 10 thousand dollars and still the same problem brought the truck to cervus changed the harness fixed all problems less money truck never ran better all I can say is bring your cheque book with you when you go to kenworth Ontario I call them the part changers they go by what the computer tells them .the only decent mechanic there is Joe .good luck to all .

Excellent service. Hunter White in the service department took my guy in immediately after his truck broke down not to far from their garage location. Hunter gave me a very accurate time line for completion of the work. 10/10, would recommend.
