I have tried many different salons for eyebrow threading and this salon is honestly the best. No matter who you get they do a really good job to make ur eyebrows complement you!

Awful. I went here for a haircut with my little girl. The lady wanted to wash my hair, although I said I didn't want to. But she kept insisting. After the cut, she used the heater on max that I had a severe headache all night. It worsened my hair fall too. After my kid's haircut, she was too rough using the curler and my little girl felt it so uncomfortable. I've taken my kid to many places for a haircut here but they've always been very gentle.I will never recommend this place. It was my first and last visit here.

I visited the salon for my 3 year old son hair cut and Philip did amazing style for the hair. My son did not cry at all and Philip was so great to handle him well. He kept talking to him, was gentle. My wife has also been regular at this place and she is also happy with style of hair cut from Philip.

I went here for waxing and the lady working here bruised me. She didn’t know how to wax and kept applying more and more wax on my skin to remove the wax that was stuck there on the skin and then she kept telling me how my skin is not good for waxing. I was bleeding and all they did was gave me a $10 discount. Disgusting place. Unprofessional.

I have had to change eyebrow places since I moved to langley 3 years ago, so I decided to choose Desire Beauty Salon because it's close to my house.Every time I've gone in there, the owner is not very personable. She often rushes through my service and walks away when she's done. Never offers me a kleenex to wipe my face, despite the fact I use one every time.I've been going there for almost 3 years now. I've since been pregnant, had a child and have undergone knee surgery.She never once made the effort to learn my name.I went in today, on crutches. They don't have a handicap accessible door and as I struggled to open the door, I watched as 3 employees watch me struggle and then proceeded to look at their phone and do whatever they were doing.I was shocked.On my way out. She simply asked do you need help?" And I said no
