Salt Cave Bolton

My favorite local spa. Best place to spontaneously treat yourself, love that it's near me. While I'm there, I feel like I'm on a mini getaway. I used sauna and salt cave events and did the float pod once. I highly recommend this place for a self care treatment. Beautiful environment and great customer service!

I had an appointment yesterday to experience the float therapy. When I got there, the machine was not ready to be used. They offered me complimentary time in the sauna, which was so relaxing. When I got out of the sauna, the machine was not ready to use, and they were able to arrange a facial for me instead. The facial was incredible, where they also allowed me to sit in the massage chair and made me a cup of tea. This was my first time at the salt cave, and I thought their customer service was excellent. They made me feel so important as a client, and did not dismiss my time. I appreciated the services, and I would highly recommend to anyone I know.

I went for my first massage today with Aras. He did a fantastic job. I feel great. From the time you walk in the ambience is perfect. I will be going back for a massage and using the other services provided at the Bolton Salt cave. Highly recommended !!!

Wonderful feel good place. Yoga in the salt cave and recent massage by Aras. Not to mention the beautiful crystals and accessories. It’s such a relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in ❤️

This has become one of my favourite places to unwind. I just had the hand and foot treatment and I brought my parents. What a wonderful experience!! I can't wait to try the hot yoga and the many massages and treatments that Salt Cave Bolton has to offer.

I shared a wonderful experience today for the first time. Yoga with my friends in the salt cave. It was a peaceful and fun aroma and scensery relaxing afternoon. I would love to recommend to others.

I adore this place. I try to come at least once a week. Sandy is a sweetheart and cares about everyone who walks in the door. The sauna is my favorite place to destress and release sore muscles. Breathwork with Joe in the salt cave is a must, he is so passionate and it translates to an incredible experience.

Such a peaceful & calming space! Everytime I go I'm welcomed by friendly, caring staff and a clean & safe environment. There's a range of services & amenities to choose from along with a beautiful crystal & jewelry gift shop. The Cave itself is lovely, it's so nice to relax & unwind in there!
