The worst experience I have ever had with this company and I would choose zero if there was any, I have been waiting for my appliances since October 2021 , I have made my order may 2021 and had our kitchen measured for those appliances, to this date we live in a kitchen without a fridge,microwave and no oven. it is just a nightmare.3 different sales persons quit the company while we are waiting without any notice the last was Stephen gables who has tried his best to help us.our order keeps getting updates with different date every few weeks.our appliance paid in full months ago .I would never deal with this company ever again even if I was offered appliances for free.

We just keep coming back, because the prices are consistently better here than anywhere else. Very large selection, cheap delivery. Ask for Shavon, she's an angel.

Terrible customer service. We paid for delivery of our new dishwasher and removal of our old dishwasher. When the delivery company came, they would not take the old dishwasher as it needed to be disconnected. In fairness, the invoice stated that the old dishwasher needed to be disconnected before removing, so that's on us.The delivery company said they would come back to pick up the old dishwasher once disconnected. We have since done this and moved the dishwasher to the garage for easy pick-up. However, when we call Canadian Appliance Source Edmonton (North) they tell us they'll call us back, but never do. They are doing everything to avoid us. There are much better companies out there to deal with. My advice is to stay clear CAS.

Bought a new washer here. Best prices and great delivery. Friendly staff at all points. Delivery was on time and with good communication leading up to it. Quick and efficient delivery and service with a smile.

I initially was a bit skeptical making a big purchase from a appliance store that wasn't a big box name. After talking with ivonna she was very helpful and professional. My fridge was in my house in a week after all the the big stores told me was going to be a 3 month wait. We love our new fridge so much and would definetly use ivonna in the future. Thank you

Brett helped me online with info and ordering a specific wine fridge, that I couldn't find locally. It was like chatting with a buddy, as he quickly got info on timing of delivery and physically went to measure the model in his showroom to confirm the dimensions. Great attention to detail. Very glad I reached him.

About a month and a half ago my father purchased a Whirlpool oven from Canadian Appliance Source after hearing good things about them from friends. Unfortunately his experience hasn't been positive and I feel compelled to leave this review to warn people that if they're lucky enough to receive a working appliance from this retailer they should be fine, but they will have a very difficult time if they receive one that was broken when they received it. After the oven was installed, he received an error code message the first time he tried to use it. We googled the code and found out it had something to do with the fan. My dad was told by Canadian Appliance that he would have to deal with Whirlpool and that once it was installed they took no responsibility for the broken appliance they had sold him. He had to wait for nearly a month for the part the code said he needed to arrive. When the serviceman went to install it he found out there was nothing wrong with the fan and that the issue may have something to do with the processing unit. My dad then waited a couple weeks for this new part to arrive. Today, the same serviceman found out that this also didn't resolve the issue. Whirlpool has ordered another part, hoping this time it's the right one. My dad is frantic because he's had to do without an oven for nearly two months and the serviceman has told him that even if the oven is not repairable Canadian Appliance is very unlikely to exchange it with one that actually works. So, if you're hoping to deal with a retailer that behaves ethically when they accidentally (we're kindly assuming) sell you a broken appliance then you may want to explore other options. If you see the same We apologize for your inconvenience" message they've used for all the other one star reviews instead of an actual sincere attempt to resolve this issue take that as a sign of what you can expect when dealing with them."

I bought a Maytag washer/dryer set from here in September 2022. Very happy with the product/will be using them again soon for another set for my mother.
