Male doctor is terrible!! Left me there for over 30minutes because he didn't want to examine me. After waiting 2hrs to see him. He just kept on with his other patients. This isn't the first time I've seen him either. Always something, save yourself the hassle and visit another clinic.

Dr. Falconi was very professional and helpful. She gave great advice in a timely matter and got back with my x-ray results 2 hours after I took them. I would recommend this walk-in clinic to anyone.

Today, i went to the clinic at 6pm and it was closed. Even I knocked the door and the receptionist told me we are all booked with number of people. I saw there was only two or three patients over there. It doesn’t make sense. They have worst service.

On weekends it's a hit or miss if the Dr shows up on time. Last weekend was open (feb 25) but this weekend (March 4) we are standing outside the doors at 9:20am with no explanation sign if they ever will open today???

Receptionist is absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude and unhelpful !! Completely miserable Everytime I've went in and makes you feel uncomfortable. I just called to get my 2 year old daughter looked at and because I didn't have her health card on hand she refused to help me at all. She could have easily went Into her files and found it but no that's to much work I suppose. Instead she put me on hold twice all the while being rude then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. To the owner the receptionist is your first line of interaction with your clients/patients. you can do better this is completely unacceptable

Doctors have time to talk in the corridors but have no time to see a patient. I literally wait half an hour for waiting a doctor to see and they are talking their schedules for tomorrow or weekends. Seriously, is that more important than a patient. And the receptionist is literally very rude. Specially if you are an international student never go here because they literally don’t give priorities to international students.Really don’t want to come back here.

Went in today to get something checked that was extremely embarrassing to me and was super hard for me to get the courage to go. After waiting over 2hrs for the doctor. A middle aged male Dr entered the room asked me two questions do you have pain" then "does your family doctor know". I explained it just started this morning. He looked at them like he didn't want to check me out said he'd be back and left me in the room while he tended to other patients. I never felt so ashamed

I have stopped going to them for the reason that I find the staff at the front desk always very rude! Last encounter I witnessed the staff being extremely rude to a patient that was fluent in French because they couldn't understand him. Isn't part of the job description to be bilingual? Very unprofessional

Waited for an hour and a half to get a requisition for blood work due to work related injury and you can over hear the HC workers outside talking about it and saying being uncomfortable to even talk to me, receptionist didn't even why l needed blood work done, just let me in
