Hot water tank install. We contacted Dean and asked for next day service. Install day - Dean got delayed from a previous call but we were flexible and he still came near the end of the day because he knew we were desperate. Great professional, his quoted price was accurate (understood there could always be surprises). We already have him quoting on another job :) Highly recommended.

It is a daunting task for consumers to find good ethical trades people these days. My recent experience with Dean from Dean’s plumbing and heating was truly a refreshing one.I needed to have a new water heater installed and he made it happen with ease. He was honest and up front, explained all the choices to me, was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The quality of his workmanship and the materials he used was exceptional.I am writing this review to help others who might need similar services as I did, and to give my two cents worth of my experience with this business.

Dean replaced our sump pump last year and recently fixed two of our toilets, one of our faucets and replaced a leaky pipe. Dean is responsive and always asks the right questions to make sure he comes fully prepared with everything he needs to do the job. He’s super friendly, professional and does an absolutely flawless job - he pays attention to detail and it shows in his results! I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Dean for anything plumping related - he’s done great work for us time and time again!

We always prefer to support local small business as they generally take more pride in their work. Dean is no exception. He took pride in his work, was very accommodating with scheduling and pricing was fair and accurate to the quote. Would not hesitate recommending him to others or using him in the future.
