Would not recommend. They handled the sale and purchase of my home in May. They did not properly advise me regarding settling on property taxes and the delay in title changes that left me unaware of a late property tax payment and $600 in penalties. Slow to respond to communication sometimes no response at all.

Seamless experience from start to finish. Everything was done for me save a 30 minute visit to the office to sign some papers. They also closed on a tight timeline of just 10 business days, which was greatly appreciated.

We recently sold our condo and we were very satisfied with their services. The whole process was so smooth. Jerry Kiriak spent time with us, not just discussing the real estate transaction but also knowing us personally. My wife and I were very impressed with Annie, Senior Conveyancing Paralegal. We made a last minute lumpsump payment to our mortgage to lessen the prepayment penalty. Annie was able to ask the bank right away to update the payout statement to get the correct balance.We also did not expect to receive the proceeds of the sale on THE SAME DAY OF CLOSING (usually it takes 2 to 3 business days). Started my relationship with this law firm when we sold our condo. Annie had provided exceptional service, answering ALL of my questions promptly (and there were MANY questions) and helping us through the whole process. Fast forward 6 months, Wife and I are now in the latter stages of purchasing a new home and again- same exceptional and knowledgeable service. **addition - The response from the owner shows the lack of service/ blatant ignorance from this company. Most companies would be ashamed to respond in such a way. Posting an email sent that was CERTAINLY nowhere close to my last email, that was sent ON my closing date. Clearly the owner is being misinformed, or really is oblivious to customer service. There has been many, many emails and phone calls since that original email. That email was sent on April 14,2022. We received our closed file on June 6, 2022. to reiterate we were told our file would be closed/funds would be sent by April 29, 2022 by Annie. I will also add since this review, within 48 hours, suddenly this company had all it needed to close my file.I have bought 3 houses, and sold 2 houses with Kiriak Law dealing mainly with Annie. Most recently, the experience has been absolutely horrible. There has been little to no communication unless we call/text/email multiple times. I was left having to figure out (still to date, almost TWO months later) the amount we will be receiving from our sale, because they refused to discuss this. They have yet to gain all of their necessary paperwork. This was originally our bad for not asking more questions when sitting in front of our lawyer, as we were under the assumption that we paid for support, knowledge and professionalism. Shame on us for thinking that. They will not update us, unless forced to do so. This now, is well over a month AFTER the closing dates and we have not received our full funds from our sale. It originally took weeks to get any sort of payment, again with us having to ask over and over again when every promised deadline was missed. Not only are they still withholding our funds, they have failed to pay off a line of credit which was a condition of financing. After many calls, asking for proof, we were sent the same statement of account that we were sent TWO months ago, not proof. We have called multiple times asking to speak to our actual lawyer and this has been ignored every single time. They also failed to transfer property ownership with the city. Highly recommend not using this office, it is not cheap, and it provides horrible service.

She works hard and very efficient .. She gets the job done . I've recommended her to a friend who already had successful transactions with her and we will continue to recommend her to others . Because of the unbearable violence of my ex-husband against me and my child, I filed for divorce from 2015 until the beginning of 2022. During 8 entire years of divorce proceedings, I changed two lawyers. I ran out of money, time, and time. Finally, in the court of final appeal the day before yesterday, Jerry used professional, expert legal knowledge and experience to refute the various lies of my ex-husband, his disrespect and understanding of the law in court. In the end, I won a nine-year divorce settlement.In the 9-year divorce property distribution case, the same Judge's order and lawyer's documents were not completely resolved for 8 years with the other lawyers, but lawyer Jerry helped me win the nine-year-old lawsuit in only one year. He is really a good lawyer with integrity, knowledge and professional ethics, thank you Lawyer Jerry! Thank you for saving me from 11 years of mental torture with your rich and comprehensive legal knowledge. I hope to recommend you to many others in need of legal help.
