This food service is FANTASTIC. The ingredients are whole foods, 100% you can tell, the chicken breast simply cut up chicken breast, the veg are crisp and fresh and crunchy, the rices are so hearty, and potatoes spot on! Such a rewarding experience to get my meal box and open it up. Pure excitement! Perfectly balanced portions, flavours are authentic. AAA quality all the way! Great service. I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and ordered many minestrone and butternut squash soups which were delicious and quite filling when paired with a a couple of slices of crusty sourdough bread and salad. I also ordered some sweet potato chilis which I found to be way too spicy. I had trouble eating them as they were so spicy.

Terrible company. Food is bad, portions are tiny. Little variety. On several occasions I found hair in the food, and I found a review stating someone found rodent feces once. I found a better company. Also they scam you. One time I canceled an order prior to an order being processed (the cancelation went through on the website) and I ended up with two orders. I was told freeze the food, which I was fine with. The second time, they refused to refund me after I flat out don't want or need the food because I'm moving across the country.

It is a Canadian Business that delivers meal kits across Ontario and Quebec.A few of my favorites include Chicken Muay Pad Thai, Sundried Tomato and Basil Pesto Chicken Linguini, Soy Chicken Penne with Blush Sauce, Chicken Penne Pasta with Blush Sauce & Sweet Potato Chili. The ordering process is hassle-free. The delivery was on time. All the dishes were prepared with fresh ingredents.I love customizing the meal kits from Live Fit Foods with my favorite ingredents. The nourishing meal packages are designed to meet dietery needs such as muscle gain, weight loss, keto, gluten-free etc. The best part is the doorstep delivery of the healthy, ready-to-eat meal packages is quick and saves a ton of time. I would definitely recommend it!

This meal service was gifted to me while I recover from surgery and it is the best thing ever. So far everything is delicious (I already have a fave I plan to reorder!). Portion size for the regular priced order is generous. It has been a life-saver for me not having to stand to prep and cook at this time. I highly recommend this as a gift to someone in need of some short-term help, or a gift to give someone who you don’t know what to get or just for yourself to break the monotony of the day to day meal prep.

I have a very busy schedule and don't have much time to cook, but I love eating! And, eating healthier, especially during the week is very important for me as it keeps my energy up during those long work days and workouts after work.For my first order, instead of choosing the packages or value packs, I carefully selected the meals that appealed to me. I also noticed that certain meals were offered at a reduced price and chose several of those.I was very curious to see how pre-prepared foods shipped from Ontario to Quebec would taste.I've only had the chance to try 2 meals so far. The Sweet Potato Chili was very impressive! It was a substantial portion and tasted not only fresh, but really delicious! After popping it in the microwave for a few minutes, my co-worker said it smelled amazing! The second one I tried was Citrus Tilapia with Thai Sweet Noodles and Carrots. Then the Mushroom Demi Roast Beef with Vegetables and Creamy Chicken Melt. All very tasty! I can't wait to try the rest!My one comment is that they add more ice packs to the box to keep the food cooler. I was home when they delivered so I unpacked everything right away, but in this very hot weather, if it had stayed outside my door for several hours, it wouldn't have survived...Thanks so much to LiveFit Foods for this service of providing healthier meals made with nutritious and quality ingredients, It's especially great for busy bees like myself!

You’re only getting one star cause I can’t give you zero. Ordered from chef to table and they said they were out of Calgary. But they are out of Ontario. I’m giving you zero because the food was gross. It came freezer burnt and it stunk ! I didn’t even feed it to my dog.And ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY KEEP ASKING ME HOW IM LIKING IT. I would like it a lot better if you had customer service and refunded me what I threw out ! Buyer beware !!!

I was very impressed with the delivery; the packaging; and the TASTE. I especially like those dishes with creamy cheeses. The meals have a best-before date so that you can plan your lunches and dinners throughout the week.
