This company is five stars hands down. Great service and people. Pleasure to work with and will bend over backwards to make you happy.(Oh and about the 'S Calgary' comment, apparently one of their ex-workers owns an old company truck and didn't take the sticker off.)

Amazing experience purchasing a Haworth Fern. Namely, Jennifer was very friendly and easy to communicate my order with. Post-order, Craig was very easy to communicate with, and was on top of any communications that I should know about delivery estimates or delays in shipping. Absolutely recommend both Office Concepts AND the Haworth Fern, best chair I've ever owned!
