MacLeod Air came highly recommended to me by a family member that had some work done a few months prior. Patrick is reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I called one day and he made time in his busy schedule to come and see my AC unit the following day. Upon a thorough examination, he diagnosed the issue quickly, explained it to me in detail, and provided his recommendation and plan on next steps. He was patient and kind in addressing the many questions that I had. Once the parts arrived, he made every effort to come first thing in the morning the following day to conduct the repairs. Patrick and Harry did an excellent job in replacing my motor and capacitor. The price was very reasonable. I am extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend MacLeod Air!

Patrick was amazing - he helped me solve an issue with my Whalen heat pump in less than 15 minutes. After contacting him, he arrived the next day at 9am. He discovered 2 installation-related wiring issues and was able to get the heat pump operational again. After a very frustrating experience with my builder, Patrick honestly made my day.I highly recommend using Patrick for any issues related to Whalen heat pumps!

I had the actuator valve replaced on the coil fan unit. They did a great job. They were professional and courteous and got the unit fixed within the hour. I'm very happy with the services provided. Highly recommended.

Patrick was highly responsive and professional when he helped us with the installation of two heat pump units. He ensured that the existing units (20+ years old) were temporarily fixed until the new units were sourced and installed. He was very considerate of our property and took care to leave it very clean after the installation. We would absolutely recommend MacLeod Air! I have only great things to say about MacLeod Air and Patrick's work in particular. I had issues with my heat pump and was told by the first person who came to look at it (from another company) that the whole unit needed to be replaced at a cost of over $6000. Thankfully, I got a second opinion and Patrick was able to fix my issue in under a half an hour at just the cost of a service call. I am really grateful for Patrick's honesty, integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend giving MacLeod Air a call, and I know I will certainly recommend them to anyone who asks.

MacLeod Air fixed a long standing issue with our heating. Patrick and 2 other gentleman who worked on our heating were incredibly professional and transparent. They were experts on our Whalen heat pump and were incredibly trustworthy right from the initial phone conversation. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

Just IMPECCABLE service.!!!My ac unit was leaking coolant, and missed on diagnosis by our buildings contractor.I called MacLeod on referral from another resident here. Best decision I've made. Fair pricing, professional quick service and turnaround time. Patrick’s team Harry and Samir did an amazing job installing my thermostat for my fan coil system. They came on time explained what they were doing and had the air conditioning working in no time. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had two other contractors that didn’t know what they were doing , so these are the guys you want to let into your home that you can trust to fix your system!
