Just had my front door, patio door and 9 windows replaced! What an amazing job they did and what a difference they made in look and feel of my home! Dan and Greg where great to work with from start to finish. They even entertained all the questions from my boys! I would highly recommend Georgian Bay Windows and Doors!

Within an hour of calling on a Sunday morning and leaving a message asking about the possibility of getting the windows and doors into our newly renovated house, Greg came by to take a look. Shortly after he left, Dan called to discuss the details and confirm they could help. Thank goodness! Just a few days later, the crew arrived and did a great job of installing 20+ windows and 3 sets of sliding glass doors. They sealed everything up beautifully, and left us in much better condition to handle the indoor work still needing to be done over the course of the winter.They were a pleasure to deal with; polite, fun, professional and more responsive than any construction crew I have dealt with thus far during our rebuild. Amazing company! Very fast and efficient. They installed my upper level windows 2 years ago, my front door yesterday and will finish off my 4 basement windows as soon as they arrive. They were great with my three year old who was chatting their ears off. Great people, great rates. Highly recommended!

Totally rude and dismissive. Wouldn't allow me to explain my situation not allowed me to expand on my concerns. After being hung up on I called back with 2 others I work with and explained he was on speakerphone to again try and talk business. Continued to be rude even with 3 of us present with the conversation. One of the rudest, obnoxiously arrogant so called businessmen I have ever talked to. We are going to report this business to the BBB. Don't do business with this company they don't deserve any business.

I called Georgian Bay Windows and Doors to inquire about updating the rest of the windows on my cottage to North Star windows. They had already installed six new windows in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen in 2016. I was wondering about installing six new windows in the front of the cottage overlooking the lake, plus five window vents to keep the underside of the building aired out. Unfortunately I had never ordered windows before, or even talked to anyone before, so I know very little terminology. I was trying to explain what I wanted, but also had a great deal of difficulty because, as I told him, his voice kept disappearing. Instead of trying to work with me and get past my inadequate descriptors, he snipped, “Well, I’m going to disappear permanently. You have a nice day.,” and HUNG UP on me!After my initial shock, it occurred to me that business must be really good at Georgian Bay Windows if they can afford to let a potential client go so abruptly and rudely. Needless to say, after that man hung up on me I did not want to call them back. I figured that I would possibly have needed up to about $10,000.00 to pay for all this. Again, I’m only guessing at the cost, because I’ve never tried to order windows before (my contractor did it for me the first time), and I know nothing about it. But this Georgian Bay Windows representative’s unwillingness to make any effort to communicate with a potential (repeat) client was shocking. (There was not even any apparent discord during the phone call beyond my difficulty hearing what was being said, which I had attempted to explain.)So.....I didn’t even get to talk to them about ordering new windows! Imagine as a client how much support you would get if there were to be some sort of problem! To me they don’t even deserve one star, but I guess you can’t write a review if you don’t give them at least one star.If you ever want to deal with Georgian Bay Windows, may the Force be with you. You’ll need it.
