What a fun store to visit - lots of cool and interesting things to see and available to purchase. My son needed Pokemon cards to complete a deck. A friendly young man named Eric was able to located them quickly and even had helpful suggestions. He also invited us back to test the new deck on Pokémon tournament night.As an extra bonus we found some harder to find cards at reasonable prices. Great experience and a special thanks to the helpful young man.

Fantastic store where you can find sports cards & collectibles, board games, Funko pops, tabletop card games, and everything in between. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and like to help customers with whatever they're looking for. A local gem that's been at Central Parkway Mall for years.

Excellent customer service. I came in to look at yugioh singles and they were very helpful. The store was very busy with a tournament going on but they were still very attentive to the customers browsing.

I recently visited the store and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help me find what I needed. The selection of sports cards was impressive, with a wide variety of options from modern players to vintage collectibles. The prices were fair and competitive. The cleanliness of the store and organization of the inventory made it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Overall, my experience at this sports card store was top-notch, and I would highly recommend it to any sports fan or collector looking for high-quality cards and excellent customer service.

Can get busy on their tournament days. Staff was very helpful and Informative. Purchased a bunch of pokemon cards and sleeves. Would definitely return again!

Overall, it's got everything you need.It's a little more over priced then other shops. The customer service is decent enough that they help you get what your looking for.However, becareful what you purchase. Bought some dragon shield sleeves, told they were great. Opened at home, turned out they were unusable for sleeving valuable cards. Tried to return them and wasn't allowed. Was told the sleeves would bend back by themselves. It's been 2 months and the sleeves are still bad.So if you live local and don't want to spend gas, then this store is just fine. But your better off going elsewhere.

Nice place, they have a very wide variety of cards, HUGE selection of Funkos, and some variety items. It's still a 4 stars, not a 5 for me just cause it's super crowded and loud in there sometimes. Also, it's a bit pricey when compared to other card trading stores, but in general is good. The staff is very good, approachable, and helpful, definitely customer-engaged.

I'm happy this place exisits. The service at 401 Games is so bad that I would rather make the 2 hour trip to Mississauga than the 30 minute trip to go downtown. Great service to the staff of Untouchables.

Stay away unless you want to be mislead and experience poor customer service!I bought a deoxys ex 98/107 for $200 on their website that was listed as Near Mint (NM). When I received the card, I was shocked to see that the card was not the condition that it was listed as. The image of the Pokemon is damaged, the holo is heavily scratched on both image and borders, holofoil peeling from top edge of card, a large scuff on the corner of the card, white spotting/ mildew spots on back of card, and scratches on the back of the card. The card is clearly not NM and I would classify this card as Lightly Played (LP) to even Moderately Played (MP) because of these damages.Frustrated and feeling like I had been mislead/lied to, I contacted the customer support, saying that I would like to request a full refund and return the card because it is in a different condition than what was listed, which I believe is a completely valid reason to receive a refund. I was met back with a reply saying that “Singles are final sales”, that their staff member said it was near mint, and to send them photos of the card. I proceeded to then send them multiples photos, as the ones seen here and an explanation for each photo, proving that the card was not NM. I was then met with an insulting response that “Singles are final sale” but that they can offer me $50 in-store credit. I replied back saying that I was incredibly disappointed with that offer and that I believed I was fully within my boundaries as a customer to receive a full refund/return for an untruthful, misinformed, and misleading listing and had asked that I receive a full refund because of such. I have not received a reply after my response.I am completely appalled by this customer service as this card is very clearly in a different condition than what it was listed as and feel that I was just scammed out of $200. The customer service is slow and clearly doesn’t care for its customers, let alone offering me an insulting $50 in-store credit (like I would ever shop at your business ever again after this experience). Not in all of my years of collecting cards have I ever been this mislead, lied to, and provided with such poor service even when purchasing from eBay or other collecting goods shops in the area.If this card was listed as a NM out of being misinformed about its condition, I believe that I am within my boundaries to receive a refund for such a mistake and I would implore that the staff member to do more research before listing and selling such an item. Considering this shop is in the business of selling collectable goods I would like to think that they would care more about properly listing merchandise and caring for their customers. If you are going to be misinformed and untruthful about the condition, you very well should provide scans of the card being sold, so that people can make their own decisions about what they are actually purchasing.I will never be shopping here again and if you care about the condition of your cards and not being scammed I would highly advise anyone reading this to not shop here.

Today I decided to check out the shop with a friend of mine in regards to looking for some specific cards hearing really good reviews about this place by other people that I know I decided to give it a shot. Upon entering, we were greeted nicely when we started browsing through there cards and separating what we wanted to purchase they said there cards were organized in a specific way which had to be put exactly the way it was… first off they never told that to us prior that there cards were organized in a way that it had to be put back the same. Second we wanted to see an item that was sitting in behind the counter as we took a better look at it the person behind the counter snatched it from our hands. To put it back. Typically I don’t leave reviews but this really upset me. It seemed like the people who were working there were more interested in carrying our conversations with people who were sitting down playing cards rather than help out customers who are willing to spend their money and buy things from them very rude and disrespectful staff.
