My parents had the worst experience with this travel agency. They nearly suffocated in the cargo van that the driver drove them in because there was no AC nor windows. It also leaked after it rained. The travel agency also charged them extra to take them to random places that weren't even attractions.

If I could give a negative score, that would have been my choice for sure. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. My friends and I booked a 3 day private tour with this company which included a driver and a tour guide. As part of the package, the owner told us we had an option to pay an additional $65 per person to see a lake, some waterfall, and stargazing. What we saw was a random tiny lake, a small falls, and NOTHING for stargazing. We asked the tour guide AND the owner about why we were charged $65/person for those three locations (or 2 since there's no stargazing), they didn't even give us an answer. These three spots aren't even attractions.On top of all this, the Mercedes cargo van was converted to a bus. It had no AC and no windows except one by the driver. We nearly suffocated in the car. On our last night, it rained. So the next morning, the car LEAKED rendering the back of the entire Mercedes useless because no one wants to sit in a wet seat.The hotel they booked for us had minimal facilities (not even a hair dryer) and it's dirty.Please do not ever book with this company. What should've been a fun trip with friends had turned into a horrendous trip.
