H&R Block

I had bought peace of mind for additional money but didnt worth at all. Agents didnt get back to me for my tax corrections as they made mistakes while filing tax for previous year and had to pay extra money to CRA

My husband and I had an appointment this week with an H&R Block representative named Andrew Wood. There was also a trainee present/participating during our appointment named Bruce. If you happen to book an appointment here, I strongly recommend declining to have your appointment with Andrew Wood. We have never experienced such rude, disrespectful customer service like Andrew Wood showed us during our appointment. Every question we had, he responded with a condescending answer or no answer at all! Most times he would just say it's really not that hard to understand" and move on without explaining. This H&R branch is making a mistake by allowing him to train his fellow coworkers. Bruce tried to help the best he could

was fast and they where vary nice to me as well helped me get back on to my account on line and i would recommend you to this place if you want or need your taxes in fast thanks again for the help only 48$ A year

Robin went out his way to deal with a major error in a family member’s past returns and made some great recommendations for future tax savings. Super quick at doing our income splitting and complicated return. Ask for Robin, you won’t be sorry!

Yeah idk if I'm getting the proper help and information that I need. I looked up more ways to lower my taxes myself. I went through three different people at the Memorial H&R block and none of them were very friendly and very helpful in helping with my taxes.

Very rude staff, no where says it’s appointments only, and was approached by a very rude lady that stated WALK INS ONLY.I get it it’s a stressful time of the year with tax season but there’s no reason to treat people unkindly. If you don’t like what you do then don’t do it !!!

I would highly recommend this place. Debbie, Raven and the rest of the employees were wonderful. Very smiley, helpful and professional. They all went above and beyond to help me. Good Job!

I have been going to H&R Block for 3 to 4 years now and every time I go they always help and make sure I understand everything that is being said and with my busy life it’s truly a good thing. This year my file was more complicated and Mark at the front desk was very patient with me and helped rearrange appointments a few times and then made sure to remind me about my appointment which was very helpful due to the covid-19 made my life a little more hectic then normal. I am truly grateful to Mark and all of the other staff making taxes a lot less stressful and look forward to next year.
