Extremely disappointed, I ordered ribeye steak. I was told that’s what I would get. My girlfriend picked it up from their Regina pick up location. It’s all endcuts full of sinew. It wouldn’t burn so bad had we received a lower cut of steak but we ended up with low quality stew meat and paid for ribeye.So EB’ meat replied to my cell phone with we are sorry but our grass feed beef is unrated. Thanks for telling me after I payed for ribeye and got stew meat.I had to boil the RIB-EYE steak for 2.5 hours so it was chewable for stew. When I first went to brown it in a pot the pot filled with water from the meat. This is how you know it came from a feedlot that was perhaps on a large scale farm. This is extremely low quality meat Being sold. Don’t say your selling the highest quality cut of meat then pass off end-cuts. Grass feed beef right off a farm just mean less fat marbling but a cut of RIBEYE is still one of the highest cuts off meat period…not an end cut that’s full of chewy tissue.
