Going to their sales is always a pleasant experience. The merchandise ranges from the mundane to the unique; because of the quality items and fair pricing I'd recommend you get there as early as possible as the best items are sold quickly. Alsounless there are restrictions , expect to find the place crowded with buyers. Aside from great finds, the helpful and friendly staff make the whole experience very satisfying.Highly recommended.

When Patrick and Mary came into my life my world had been turned upside down in 10 minutes. I had to sell my 6 bedroom house and find a smaller place to rent. I found myself alone with a huge job ahead of me. Patrick and Mary held my hand through the whole process. Their expertise and compassion make them the top estate planners in Montreal. I had a huge amount of furniture, ornaments, paintings...basically you name it and I had it and 95% of it had to leave my house. Most estate planners do a sale for 3 days and then leave you to mop up what is left not really caring about the emotional upheaval this is. And this is where Mary and Patrick stand alone: they not only held a very professional sale but they stayed with me and continued to sell beyond the actual sale. It took a bit of time but they never gave up and we cleared my house so I was able to start the next chapter in my life. I am truly grateful to them as I do not know what I would have done. This is a daunting task in the best of circumstances and it cannot be done alone. There are very few honest, compassionate professional estate planners in Montreal but I found two of the best in Patrick and Mary. We are now friends for life!

Estate Sales Montréal delivered as promised and exceeded our expectations.Patrick, Mary and their team were professional, efficient, receptive and responsive to our needs.Within 2 weeks from start to finish, they staged my mom’s apartment, provided guidance for the sale of particular items, conducted a successful 2-day sale, followed-up with social media, retained movers for donations and cleaners to completely empty the apartment. Wow! We have already recommended them to our friends.

I was very impressed with Patrick and Mary from my first meeting. Along with being engaging and friendly, they had a clear idea of how they would proceed for me. And indeed they did a terrific job. They came, identified, eliminated what would not contribute to the sale, curated the rest, displayed it, enhancing everything in an appropriate context. They marketed and advertised the event in good timing and supervised during the two days with professionalism and enthusiasm...I could not have been happier with the results...

As a buyers perspective, Mary and Patrick are SUPERB from start to finish! Worse experience ever ! Keep me waiting 45 mins outside regardless that I had a appointment . No apologizes ! No respect ! No class ! My opinion is that all major items are all pre sold ! Sellers should have someone on site to verify sales !Update : 48 hours ago I posted a review regarding my experience with Estate Sales Montréal /P Jl estate sales BTW is the same crew . At the time48 hours ago they had only 3 reviews now they have 18 . Miraculously all 5 stars reviews of course !! ! I hope Google investigates these coerced or bought reviews !! and readers are not so gullible in believing them !

As a buyer at their sales I've never had a bad experience. In fact Mary and Patrick's estate sales are some of the best I've been to over the years. They're both so nice and their prices are always really fair . It's almost impossible to not leave one of their sales with a smile on your face.
