Don't work for Triton. They hire juniors with no experience and place them on the Worst Projects on Earth, for the lowest wages, and they provide no training until you are with the company for at least 3 years. They don't acknowledge their juniors nor provide any form of growth.If you are a junior who works hard, don't get discouraged! Don't waste your time jump ship ASAP! I'm presently working for a company who acknowledges my work ethic, they say I'm a Dream to work with, the contractors provided a positive review to my managers saying I'm their favorite EM. I'm being provided work tasks that actually fit my skillsets and I'm learning all the aspects of field and project management. They are loyal and find me hours when work is slow. Loyal ethical Environmental companies DO exist!!!Triton doesn't want to have any accountability for their staff. They hire staff as contract or without guaranteed hours so they can leave you high and dry when there is no work. This should be considered unethical! Triton also didn't pay the salary discussed within the interview. This office pays lower than the northern and Vancouver office.If you are stuck working for Triton, get whatever little experience they provide, keep continuous job hunting, and walk!
