Went 2 days ago with my daughter for an x-ray for her twisted feet. The Doctor's order mentioned URGENT, today is the third day, and no xray yet nor any communication from west coast medical imaging... terrible service

I had a scheduled appointment later in the day but popped in a couple of hours early due to another appt I had in the same building and they were able to add me to the walk-in list. This saved me a lot of driving and almost 3 hours of waiting. The front desk person along with Philip (I believe that was the techs name) were very professional and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands and really appreciate the care I received!

Had to get an X-ray - I tried calling to check if there was a wait and no one answered. So I went in and was told that they reached capacity at 11AM (they closed at 5PM). System seems flawed. Also, this parking lot is a nightmare, and it is pay parking..?

Got sent here today by my family doctor for an x-ray. Nyat the receptionist was lovely and managed to find me a same day booking. Had a nice chat with Philip the technican who helped calm my anxiety about the visit. Overall a wonderful experience and grateful I was referred to this location :-)

Supposed to be walk in for x-rays and hours are posted online but are wrong - they close during the lunch hour.

They opened at 9AM on the dot and the attendant at the desk was professional and proficient. It was a clean but very small office. Please put on your website’s FAQs that a paper requisition is needed or the email address that one could send their pdf requisition to prior to walking in. I was asked to step out of line and email my requisition in because the copy I had was digital. From what I saw nowhere on signs or on the walls in the office was the email address for doing this made available. Overall it was a quick visit.Thank you
