Great experience purchasing my wedding suit here! I purchased in the spring, covid delayed things and they stored the suit for me and told me to come back closer to the wedding to get it fitted. All the staff I dealt with were great, but big shout out to Noel and Mac D for taking care of me! Dont bother going anywhere else, buy from these guys!

have loved this business for years, but revisited recently with a bestie to help him shop and i was reminded how true customer service is done and done right. the store is clean, organized and the clothing is just gorgeous. wayne made us feel welcome immediately and the experience was as personalized and as classy as it gets. i thank you for making a “wingman” feel right at home! cheers!

The sales women, after me telling her 5 times we are just looking, followed us around the store. We were there to buy a full suit but left as we could even browse. It made me so uncomfortable.

I can speak very highly of all the staff at MacDermott's and in particular Jasmine, after my experience over the last few weeks. She took the time to get to know me, my style and put together a selection of outfits based on that. Her knowledge of fashion coupled with her creative eye and boldness sold me on being a repeat customer. It's the customer service you want, hear about, expect and I find is somewhat lost these days. Jasmine takes a lot of pride in her work. You are in good hands if you stop in and have the pleasure of working with her.The great thing about being at MacDermott's is you feel like you're all friends. Not too often do you have the owner of a business out on the floor also taking a personal interest with the customers. And not just about what they're buying or why they stopped in. I mean on a personal level. Wayne is good company. It was a pleasure meeting him.If you haven't been, stop by and at least say hi to the crew there. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Absolute best suit buying experience ever! Wayne, the owner, has so much experience and knowledge and is the most passionate person I have ever met when it comes to style. Recommend him 100x over. If you want a nice outfit in Kelowna, nothing else compares. Thanks

I was a little nervous before visiting MacDermott's as I have never shopped at an elevated retail store before and I didn't know what to expect. As I walked in, Wayne MacDermott (the owner) personally helped me find everything I was looking for and I can honestly say that I have never had a better shopping experience in my life.I got a bunch of high quality business clothes and was excited to wear them for work. Unfortunately, as soon as I went back to the office, I was the only one not working from home... At least, I can say that I was the best dressed one there!
