Renting from this team has been a horrible experience so far. They have given us many empty threats, been very rude in their emails, and tried to take advantage of us as students. We pay our rent on time, we always put the garbage down to be collected, we keep the house clean and are respectful. I have never had any problems with any other landlords and I will never recommend them or rent from their team again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! Just had a very terrible experience with Team Marandola. This exact situation happened with our friend last year too while looking for rental units. We viewed a 2 bedroom unit at 1230 today, asked specifically when we should get back to them since we really liked it. We were told it was first come, first serve and there was a couple more showings over the next couple of days. 1.5 hours later (when we were about to call to sign the lease) we received a text that it has been rented out. There was no indication at the showing that there was another showing the same day, or that we would have less than 2 hours to respond. If we would have known that, we would've gotten back quicker. We were warned by our friend that they were snakes, we decided to try anyways and were very disappointed. No courtesy or loyalty.

Had the pleasure of purchasing my first home with Minna 5 years ago. Was extremely pleased with his skills and professionalism! Went back again to purchase a second home as a rental and had the same pleasing experience!! I highly recommend Team Marandola!!!! They work hard for you to get you the best price!!! Wanted to book a viewing for a house for rent on kijiji and it said it was an easy application. Took 4 days of consistently trying to get a hold of someone through email and phone calls ( which is an answering service that relays the messages) and when I finally got an email back it was a phone number that's it nothing else in the email. Called the number and a numerous page application was sent that looked more like a purchase agreement rather than a rental agreement that wanted everything but your blood type. I wouldn't recommend trying to rent a home from this company as it is extremely difficult to view the property or even talk to someone. Very impersonal.
