The staff is so terrible… I stood about 20 minutes in line and they were moving like there’s no one to order… the girl working in kitchen section was not wearing any hairnet or cap… the staff has too much of attitude… need to hire good sensible staff… hygiene and customer service is zero

This Tim Horton’s is located inside the mall the space is extremely small and there isn’t much room between the tables and ordering area. The few times I’ve dropped by there is always been a long queue but the line moves pretty quick.

This is the second time the place has nothing available to eat except their empty shelves. Staff always rudely says whatever is the counter you can eat. You guys operate Ina mall which is busy so plan accordingly. This can only happen at Tim Hortons, food place which doesn’t have food to offer.

Today I visited Tim in Tsawwassen location. I reached at there at 6:45 pm and they close at 7 pm but they didn’t let me enter. Very rude staff

I visited the store yesterday , I was just impressed by the staff who work there not wearing any hair nets for preventing the hair of falling down in food or drink that they are making. They should not working like that for any reason.

If I could give a 0 I would.Personally, my family and I really enjoy Tim Hortons, and we would not say anything negative about the company itself. We are only talking about this location in specific.The quote-un-quote manager was so obnoxious and rude and blamed the wrong order I received from them on my inability to correctly inform them on what I wanted, even if I specified seemingly clearing and politely.Alongside this the entire staff made orders selectively. There are huge lines outside of the store yet whilst I was there the employees let a woman take an order completely for free and without having to stand in line!When talking to the supervisor, Tanvir, I overheard them laughing about me.I am absolutely disappointed by this service and had really expected more from Tim Hortons.I have attached an image of the line up as well to prove my point.

I went here with my wife to have a coffee and breakfast. The coffee tastes like hot water with milk and sugar. I had to wait for a long time for our order even though it wasn't busy.

I ordered 2 cold drinks and asked if I could redeem a birthday drink coupon. The manager said yes. I was not given the total cost and I paid. I realized they charged me for both drinks so the coupon was not applied. I asked the manager what happened and she says oops it's for regular hot drinks. I ask to get a sandwich instead and she says ok. Scans my card but it bills me again in full. The manager then realized I can't use coupons within 30 mins of the last transaction so she asks me to wait 30 mins. Sure then had to refund me for the sandwich. I ask why I am needing to wait if I did nothing wrong and she says I need to learn to read the fine print. Well, she does too. She then says she cannot help me and gives me attitude.This is the Tims inside Tsawwassen Mills, where managers are apparently not expected to know, honor, or own up to anything.
