Great place for anyone to get a haircut. Took our grandson in for his second haircut. Sam did a great job as always.

This was my first visit to Fate (F8) and I felt very welcomed. The salon has great parking, was clean, vibrant and everyone was a professional. I loved seeing everyone work together as a team. Kayla did a wonderful job, through a careful consultation to ensuring my color was matched and respecting my current balayage. My fresh cut and color was perfect! This has been my go-to salon for a few years now. I've tried a few stylists and the last one I went to actually tried to style my hair as I do it at home which I appreciated. I have wavy/curly hair and most of the girls straighten my hair which I don't usually care but I don't know what my hair is going to look like naturally for a few days until I wash and style it myself.I love the massaging chairs when you get your hair washed. All of the staff I have interacted with have been extremely friendly and nice. I'm usually happy with my hair cuts afterwards. I got my colour corrected once when I dyed my hair a reddish colour and wanted to go back to my natural brown colour a year or two later. They did a great job matching my natural hair colour and it grew out looking natural. I've seen a few stylists do an amazing job on other clients when they get rainbow hair.I'm still trying to figure out my hair. I've gotten a quite a few different cuts and each time I learn about what I like and don't like and request changes to make the next hair cut better which they do.I've recommended this place to my mum as well and she regularly goes here for a cut and colour. My husband also gets his hair cut here and they always do a pretty good job with his hair. I would recommend this place to anyone living in Fort Erie or Ridgeway.

Really happy I found this location! Emily is amazing and would highly recommend her. Just a lovely staff and service— you won’t be disappointed. Also, reserved parking for customers is available at the back, but lots of parking on the street out front.

They were so friendly, and so willing to take the time to make sure I was happy with the end result. I'm going to be coming back every time I need my hair done!

Excellent experience here, Liv the receptionist was excellent with communication and so sweet! I got my bridal hair done exactly as I wanted it. Super friendly staff, clean studio and they use great hair products.

Bad experience with (Kayla) the Stylist. This person is condescending . I felt very uncomfortable when I was sitting in the chair. When she looked at my hair she wasn’t happy about the way it looked. She complained about it being damp and started asking me my budget for the treatment. After a long discussion about how ugly my hair looks… I decided to walk away because I felt like she was lacking experience.

Been there twice now. I absolutely love it. They truly listen to what you want and do a beautiful job. I get cut, shave and colour.
