I had a great experience with this repair shop and my LG 55 inch (55LA7900) TV. This was s high end model when purchased 4 years ago (240Hz, Smart TV with Cinema 3D). It stopped working 14 days after end of 4 year extended warranty (of course). Was directed to a local 'authorized LG' repair shop, which determined it was LED backlight problem but was 'end of life' due to lack of parts availability. LG Canada helped in covering the diagnostic charge, but support from LG stopped with that. It was tough for me to just throw $1500 of TV into the garbage after only 4 years. By good fortune, I came across this repair shop who immediately knew the problem and provided an estimate for repair. The cost of repair seemed fair and much less than a new but less capable TV so I went ahead. Voila - I have my TV back working perfectly.The owner of this repair shop is knowledgeable, and honest. It is rare really to find someone who can actually 'fix' electronics rather than just replace a $$ module. I suspect that had parts been available to the LG repair shop, it would have been a whole new panel assembly - which would have made the repair impractical from cost.Overall I am very pleased with the repair, the fair cost and as well dealing with a pleasant and professional person.
