Lifebridge Health Centre

I went there in morning for walk in doctor around 9:45 . They gave me appointment for 12:15. Then I came back at that time and I visited doctor at 12:30. Good timing and very clean. Doctor was so kind and friendly too. He explained the issue to me very well.

The nurse at the front desk is absolutely malicious. While trying to inquire about an urgent referral for my nephew, the nurse was rude and laughed off my sister's concerns. When asked for her name, she responded with hookey dookey". This is unacceptable. This is the second day in row that this particular nurse has been rude and the furthest from understanding to a mother who is genuinely concerned for her 3 year old. I see from the previous reviews that this is not the first time. Clearly this clinic has allowed this staff member to get away with this terrible behaviour. If anyone knows who the office manager is

No one EVER answers the phone. EVER! Then when it says “leave a message”’you just get a busy signal and can’t. And if anyone faxes them for refills or information about your file, there will be zero response. I’ve never seen any office of any kind ran so incredibly incompetent. Especially when dealing with people’s physical and mental health. They should be shut down.

dr watts is one of the most professional doctors out there. he is also practically a genius because he never misses in diagnosis. reception is terrible. i can’t be on hold for that long especially if you have to cancel but can’t because you’re on hold for that long so then you have to pay a cancellation fee. idk if they are trying to get better though because they changed their hold tone to an apology for the wait times so maybe .

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The receptionists will straight up lie to your face and are not helpful at all. It's sad to see this clinic with wonderful doctors have such I'll mannered receptionists that seem to have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE whatsoever. Makes you wonder how they were hired and why they are still getting paid for mostly chatting amongst themselves and doing bare minimum of their jobs requirements/obligations. They fail to inform you of their policies and are rude to you for absolutely no reason. What's more is the receptionists behave like they're in a gang and will try to gang up on you when you have a complaint about inappropriate behaviour from another receptionist. They made me feel cornered for bringing up my concern and that I should be grateful they're letting me see my family doctor... And have a tough time admitting their mistake and are rude to you when you make one; like showing up late for your appointment. By the way when I say they I'm mostly speaking about the blonde receptionist.Long story short, I hope my family doctor either starts his own practice or moves to a clinic where they have frontline workers with atleast SOME customer service experience.

This place is tragic and the fact I can’t give 0 stars is awful.Had an appointment for my daughter, still sitting 45min later, nobody else in here, receptions useless.Anyone with kids knows what it’s like to sit for over an hour for absolutely no reason but their incompetence in booking.Also, ditch the masks.

After a poor previous review, I have changed my mind completely about lifebridge health centre. The phones are being answered in a timely manner, and very responsive.The doctors are all extremely knowledgeable, polite, and have amazing bedside manners. The clinic manager is the absolute angel!Thank you lifebridge for all of your continued services. Since the recent ownership change, this clinic has really turned around. You all are the best!

There are some wonderful doctors here (Dr. Padilla and Dr. Wegner) that have offered me so much help dealing with a chronic, severe, unknown illness. Unfortunately I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.First off trying to get ahold of anyone over the phone is impossible. Seems to be an issue for everyone. I don't even call anymore if I need anything, I go in. I called once a minute after they opened and was on hold for 45 minutes.I've had multiple prescriptions sent" to my pharmacy only to play phone tag with my pharmacy and the office when they're not actually sent.They over book consistently. I have chronic pain and some days sitting in the waiting room for a whole hour for a 15 minute appointment is torture. They ask you to arrive 10 minutes early only to be consistently waiting over 30-45 minutes to be put into the room.then your 15 minute appointment is rushed as a result.I've been unemployed as a result of my health and needed a medical EI form filled out. I paid $45 only to be called by Service Canada and told it was filled out incorrectly meaning I had to go all the way back just for a stamp while I am basically bed ridden.Save yourself the headache and find a family doctor somewhere else."

I went to walk-in twice here and had Dr. Watts both times. He has been very good and taken the time to make a proper diagnosis. He does not rush you and doesn't avoid looking into things further like a lot of doctors.The only downfall is the front desk staff. Some have been nice and some have been rude. Sometimes the receptionist barely lets you speak and tries to cut you off. The attitude is unnecessary. You should also expect to wait a long time on hold.

I have been to this clinic for years. Today I came back for my 3rd shot for HPV injection. The front clerk told me that there is $30 for the injection fee. At the beginning of my shots that my doctor told me I can either choose to pay and get the injection at the pharmacy or come back without any payment. That’s why I choose to come back to the clinic. So disappointed today for my last shot. For the same prince or even higher than the pharmacy injection fee, why I have to book an appointment with the clinic instead of just get the prescription and injection at the same time, which will be more convenient for sure!!!!!!!To make yourself more easier just go to the pharmacy and get the injection instead.
