I have called several times with no call backs. I have also have sent emails with no response. When I did talk to him stated he was going to send some out to repair our gate but no one showed up. This is no way to run a business. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Local company with great customer service. Communication was excellent as due to covid materials did take some time to come in but once everything was in they immediately installed. Very happy with the service and product. Had other big companies come out for quotes that were nearly double the amount for the same or less quality product.

Amazing Amazing Amazing work! Brian was so nice and so easy to talk to, he understood exactly what I was looking for and the finished vinyl fence was perfect! The team was nice and professional, and they cleaned up so nicely after. I would 2000% percent recommend this company if you are looking for an amazing fence!

I recently adopted a rescue dog from Texas, where I found out that she possibly could be a fence jumper. We decided a 6ft. chain link fence to replace our slowly sinking 4 ft. fence would give us peace of mind and keep our dog safe. Needless to say, we wanted it in a hurry. Brian and Joe were both at my house within days to give me an estimate. Customer service is important to me. It started with Brian getting the ball rolling with contract signing and explaining the timeline... to Kristen making sure all the paperwork was taken care of and her updating me by text all the way.... to Joe and his crew putting up the fence in one afternoon. It has been excellent customer service all the way. We had our new fence put up within 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this company and their lifetime warranty..what's not to like?

I wish I was here writing an excellent review, but unfortunately my experience was horrendous. Work was removal of a chain link fence, and then install of a vinyl fence. Signed a contract 5/7 & did not hear anything for 5 days. Reached out to Kristen on 5/12 asking if we could schedule a date for the project. Tentative date of 6/9 scheduled and I was told they would contact us as the date gets closer to confirm in case they were pushed back by weather. 6/6 had not heard anything so I reached out again to confirm 6/9 and was told we were on the schedule for the next week (6/13-6/17) and again told they would reach out to confirm a date after they see how the weather is. 6/13 I reach out again as I am trying to organize work schedules, etc to ensure someone is home for the project. Kristen apologized for not messaging me and said we are now scheduled for 6/20. Again, weather dependent Kristen told me she would let me know for sure Friday 6/17 if we were on for 6/20. Never heard back. Reached out the morning of (6/20) to see if we were still on for that day. Kristen said they were pushed back 1 day and I was now scheduled for 0930 on 6/21. At 7:49pm on 6/20 Kristen informs me there was a manufacturing issue and they will not have the materials necessary until 6/22. Informed we were now scheduled for 6/23 in the morning. Well, 6/23 came and went with no one showing up. I again had to be the one to reach out first and ask what the deal was. I was then contacted by Joe who said they ran into unexpected issues at a job on 6/22. Joe said he would reach out to me at the end of the day 6/23 to let me know for sure, but said to expect them in the morning 6/24. I never heard back from Joe at the end of the day on 6/23. Fast forward to 6/24 at 2:14pm and there was still no sign of any contractors and no communication from anyone from Everlasting Fences. It was at this point I drafted an extensive e-mail to Brian and Kristen outlining this timeline and my overall frustrations and dissatisfaction with their company. I received a phone call response from Kristen where she apologized over and over again + an e-mail response from Brian where I did not perceive much empathy for us in his writing. I actually explained to Kristen that I thought I had been scammed based off how all this was going and the fact that I had paid for half of the project already. The morning of 6/27 finally started the project. The guys that showed up commented that it was pretty straight forward" and would be "easy". Kristen had informed me they were hoping to have everything done in 1 day but slated us for 2 days just in case. The project was not finished until 7/1...with essentially no communication from the workers or Brian

Kristen was responsive & worked with us to even move up the date that our fence originally was supposed to go in. The men who installed our fence were all very nice and professional. They were very attentive to my needs & detail. They worked quick, yet efficient. The fence looks great & our pups love having a fully fenced in yard now. 10/10 recommend. From start to finish, everyone was super genuine & just a pleasure to know!

Everlasting Fences exceeded my expectations on my new fence. From the original walkthrough to the install, Joe was professional, courteous and accommodating. I would highly recommend Joe, Brian and their crew at Everlasting Fences to anyone looking for quality work and reasonable prices. Cannot wait to enjoy my private back yard this summer!

Fantastic local company! The quote we received for a vinyl fence was more economical than any quote we got from all the big name wood fence providers. The crew was professional and everyone was extremely easy to deal with and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a fence!
