Sukhwinder went above and beyond our expectations when we went for buying a washer dryer combo for our guest suite! He explained each and every detail about various brands and types and made us clearly understand before we inked the purchase papers. Great guy and great store! Always! We have been buying almost 100% of all our items in the past 10 years from central city Brick! Thanks a lot guys!

When you shop at the Brick check your bill before paying There staff are not very good with their policy. They need to hire more people with experience and educate them about their policy’s. Don’t buy extended warranty because when you need to use it’s not valid.

Never buy from the brick. Their sales reps are quick to push a sale, particularly of certain products that give them a certain amount of commission. They'll promote a product or item of having an amazing warranty associated with it, but when it comes down to getting the warranty honoured they send you to the manufacturer. The manufacturer then requires proof of purchase from the Brick, plus a tag, but the Brick can't even provide records of purchase from more than 5 years ago, even though the product warranty is for 10-25 years with the manufacturer. This is so frustrating that I'll never buy another product from Brick ever again.
