I had been suffering from a shoulder issue on and off for about 8 months due to a sports injury and lack of stretching. Laura used ART, stretching and heat to help regain mobility in the shoulder however there was still issues with stiffness which was resolved by IMS. I could not believe how quickly my shoulder (1.5 months of physio) responded to IMS. Although my recovery was quick, Laura has advised some patients could take months.I am very happy to recommend Active Phisio to friends and relatives. The Center is easy to fine, clean and professionally operated.

Chelsey helped me rehab my shoulder after it was dislocated following a rugby tackle. Extremely knowledgable and caring. She gave me exercises and improved my range of motion with heat and massaging. I highly recommend her

WoW! What a TEAM for Active Physiotherapy!!! I would like to say Thank You to Shane and the team for their honesty-caring-passion. Because of them my physiotherapy became the most Incroyable Service For my injury whiplash at the neck/concussion. Hilary, thank you for your professionalism, listening and caring. The parking underground is actually very practical.*****

The ladies at the front desk are always very friendly and accommodating, even when my schedule was a bit tricky. Laura treated me for about 9 months and she's awesome. She listened attentively and always made sure I understood everything she was doing and everything my body was feeling. She made a huge difference in my life and I feel so much better!

Excellent Service -- Friendly Staff -- Great Prices!!! --- Convenient Location!As a runner and cycle enthusiast, I have injuries. I re-habilitated my knee and hamstring injuries through excellent physio care by the practitioners at Active Physio --- they are knowledgeable and take the time to work with customers to ensure all injuries are healed properly.I continue to choose Active Physiotherapy as my number one!Location -- only a train stop away from the downtown core - great place to drop in for physio, lunch, coffee and much more!!

Love Active Phsyio! They are so compassionate, professional, and WONDERFUL! They have a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere and all the lovely people who work there are so great. Thanks to Stephanie especially for her great acupuncture that helped me out ALOT!
