Leah the owner is so professional, lovely, kind, friendly, easy to talk to and definitely make uncomfortable experiences comfortable. Leah is not only an amazing waxer, she’s such a lovely person. I always feel so comfortable with her and we have such great chats. I’d highly recommend anyone visit her, she’s awesome and you won’t be disappointed!!

I'm extremely disappointed with Leah. There was a mixup with her booking app, where my appointment time was rescheduled without notice to me. I called both of her numbers to figure out what was going on but there was no answer. When she finally called back she was yelling at her kids in the background, which was extremely unprofessional.I had scheduled my wax the day before my birthday trip to Italy, which I told her about and she just called and texted an hour before my appointment to cancel because her grandfather died last night. She sounded drunk. I understand the loss and the need to cancel or reschedule, what I do not understand is why she did not call earlier in the day or last night, which left me scrambling to find another appointment. I'm never going to bother booking with her.

I’m so happy to have located this wax bar in Calgary. Leah is wonderful (and hilarious) and makes you feel so comfortable. The space is clean, and the service was fast and affordable. Definitely going to become a regular at Sacred beauty wax bar!

Even though it was my first time waxing, I really enjoyed the experience. I felt like I was in good hands with Leah! She’s definitely a pro at her job. I highly recommend anyone who wants to get a Brazilian or anything else. This is definitely a safe space.
