This is the best restaurant I have been to in a while. Everything about it was awesome and cool and good! In fact I love this place so much that I even wrote a poem about it! I haven’t had Swiss Chalet for a while - plastic take out dishes -gone- cardboard boxes now- but the chicken sticks to the cardboard , never mind, scraping mashed potatoes from the same box -surely wax paper between the card board and the take out food wouldn’t compromise the environment and we could still save the whales and enjoy take out

Great service. They made a small error in our order and they delivered the missing piece of the order at our residence with a whole bunch of additional goodies. Thank you so much and we didn’t lose any of the hockey playoffs.

Simply put I got home with 2 orders of fries missing out of 2. I called, got questioned as if I was unable to determine an empty bag from one with fries in it. When I got back to the store 10 minutes away, I was questioned again about if I was sure the fries weren’t there. I got my fries but when I got home the rest of the food was cold.I was offered no compensation for my inconvenience.

I went with my 6 yr old for a Valentine’s date and we had a wonderful time. Service was great, food was fast and yummy. Thanks to Kaitlyn for the awesome service and to the kind lady who walked us to our table!Our second dinner date in April was awesome! Kaitlyn was our 5 star server. They had everything we asked for. Thanks again.

I had a great experience at Swiss Chalet. The server was very attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere at Swiss Chalet is casual and relaxed. It's the perfect place to go for a family dinner or a night out with friends.

Katelyn our server was incredible. 15 of us showed up for dinner following our attendance at Beauty and the Beast. She was pleasant- great service - wonderful sense of humour- she handled our large group exceptionally wellThank you Katelyn!!!!!

Great experience for a Swiss Chalet. The server was friendly, attentive and patient with the children. We didn't have to wait too long for the food and tasted great. I would certainly return again in the future.
