East Coast Limos

Hired East Coast Limos for my wedding. On the day of it was 18 degrees outside. There was hot air blasting in the limo the entire time which the driver did not know how to turn off. Our options were to deal with the hot hair or undo the windows on the 417. After spending hundreds on hair and makeup it was ruined on our drive. It finally did resolve once the sun went down hours later but by then it was too late as it was starting to cool off. I reached out to East Coast and they brushed me off saying that mechanical issues were not their problem.

From the very beginning, the team at East Coast Limos demonstrated their commitment to high-quality customer service. Due to our busy schedules, Louise and I played phone tag for a few days but she continued to call me back every time I left her a message. When we finally did connect, she was professional, friendly and helpful over the phone and email. She was also very kind and proactive in explaining that we would have two different vehicles and two different drivers on our wedding day. Peter, the Operations Manager, was also very professional and courteous in our email communications.As fate would have it, the day of our wedding (September 23rd, 2017) was one of the hottest of the year but our driver, Paul, never stopped smiling. He was a lovely gentleman who was not bothered at all that I and the ladies were quite late for the ride to Aquatopia. He was gracious and more than happy to help us with our bouquets and bags. Paul also informed my groom that he would take care of transferring some items from the first vehicle to the second one that we were to take at the end of the night. Talk about seamless service!As an added twist, my new husband and I decided to go out for some more dancing with friends after our reception ended thus we did not have the opportunity to meet our second driver, Shawn. We assumed because it was past our 4-hour window that we would have to make alternate arrangements but lo and behold, Shawn called to let us know he was on his way back to Aquatopia to pick us up. I thanked him for calling and then gave him the good news he was off the clock and that we wouldn't need his drop-off service after all (we were already on our way to the Crazy Horse). He was very friendly and professional.My groom and I had a very positive experience overall with East Coast Limos and we would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. Their level of service is well above that of another limo company that never called us back after promising to when we inquired about quotes. Thank you ECL!

We were very happy that we chose East Coast Limos for our wedding last Saturday. They were great to work with throughout all of our wedding planning process and always made sure to check in with us and make sure we were getting what we wanted. They accommodated our family as well at the end of the wedding by offering to drive some of them home. Our driver, Peter, was excellent, kind, and professional. He was great with the kids as well. He even took my new husband and I on a private drive around the surrounding area of the venue, which is the only alone time we got all day. We enjoyed a champagne toast to one another before he dropped us off at our B&B.Overall, we are very impressed with the service we received! We booked an 8 passenger limo and even with 8 passengers in it, it was still spacious and comfortable. We definitely recommend East Coast Limos for any event!!

We were beyond satisfied with the service we received from East Coast Limos! Paul was fantastic. Everything went off without a hitch and it made our day go so smoothly. We rented the Ford Krystal 18 Passenger party bus as we had a large wedding party. Best decision ever! It had plenty of room and was so easy to get on and off of in my dress. We definitely recommend East Coast Limos to anyone who is looking for transportation services.

Based on the recommendation of our wedding planner, Courtney Elizabeth Events, we used East Coast Limos to transport us on our wedding day. We couldn't have been happier with the service! East Coast Limos was prompt, courteous, respectful, and professional. The driver was flexible when our portrait location changed and our package came with a complimentary bottle of champagne, chilled water, and a red carpet. The customer service via email and phone was also very prompt and professional. We would highly recommend using East Coast Limos for your event or wedding.

I was very satisfied with the service. My parents were retiring, and I was hoping to give them a great send-off from their work. The driver, Paul, showed up early enough that everything was in order, and he was very polite and positive. My parents said that they enjoyed the ride and how clean the limo was. If I need a limo again, I will definitely use East Coast Limos without hesitation.

I only have fantastic things to say about the service we received on Friday nightFor our bachelorette party.Firstly, the limo was perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for, clean, With a great sound system and some beautiful lights.Mike was phenomenal and was a great chauffeur for the evening! He was so accommodating and took us everywhere we wanted to go and served as an excellent photographer for the evening.I would definitely recommend East Coast Limos to anyone who is looking for a limo and if I am every in Ottawa and in need of a limo I will definitely contact East Coast again!All of the ladies in the party said the exact same thing. Just wanted to say a big thank you to East Coast Limo for driving me and my wife to and from our wedding ceremony! It was an extremely hot day and we changed the destination at the last minute to keep our guests comfortable, which was no problem for our driver Mike. A big thank you to Mike and Jerry who got us all set up.

The booking & contact staff for East Coast Limos were patient and friendly & clear with all details.Our driver, Jane, arrived 10 minutes ahead of time and was friendly, courteous & flexible/understanding when we added the extra 1/2 hour to our dinner time. The vehicle was clean & well equipped for our needs. We couldn't have asked for better service!Thanks, East Coast Limos, for helping to make our experience fun and memorable!

Honestly one of the coolest experiences ever. Such amazing customer service. The parry bus drove 22 of us to the leafs vs sens game and back. It was amazing not having to worry about cabs, users or anything. Jerry was super awesome to coordinate all the logistics and our driver Lewis was super chill. He even took all our kids out for a drive before we headed to the big game. And honestly, the price was very very reasonable. Honestly, I will do this again. Definitely the MVP of our party.Calvin E.
