Get councilling and help for your bad personality, Sir. Stop blaming others and telling lies on others. Just admit that you are a terrible human being who needs to get someone with customer experience to run your store. You should stay in the back. Very rude and disrespectful owner. Went to the store to buy size 8 shoes for my daughter, and he recommended the wrong size. Went back to return it, and he said no refund. Advised him he didn't tell me there was no refund. He told me he didn't need to. He threw my shoes out of the store and told me he was closing. I told him I was not leaving until it was resolved. My daughter, who was outside, called the cops. He pushed me, and my body slammed me several times with his hands up to say he didn't lay his hands on me. He shouted at my mom in the presence of my daughter and used curse language at her even though he knew he was dishonest. We went outside to wait for the cops and he quickly got out of the store. He quickly closed his store and left. This man belittles a woman, and i am convinced he is racist. Believe all the bad reviews, people. He is a liar and an awful human being. God dont like ugly, and his character is ugly. He wanted to fight women. Imagine how he treats the women in his life. This is an awful store that no one should ever go to...I am glad you responded. The readers need to realize what a liar you are. Here you go again spinning the truth and spring lies from your mouth. Yes I asked you for shoes that cost that much and we tried on shinguards that were too small for my daughter so decided not to buy. Your response shows how arrogant you are. I coukd buy online bit because I wanted to get an instore feeling and support local businesses I came to your store. No wonder people no longer go to stores. I didn't know it was a crime to try on shoes or equipment yoi wish to buy. I am the one getting a restraining order. The camera will get me as well as everyone else justice. Just remember *Donot erase it because it will be your downfall*....liar

Good Soccer shop, purchased Chelsea team Jersey and service was top notch. Bloke behind counter attentive & knowledgeable I believe to be the owner...social environment chatty with the Premier & Serie A . Dedicated 100% soccer . Proper geezer with passion & honest service. A+overall good experience

Owner is very rude and provides terrible customer service, me and my girlfriend came once before from toronto and purchased a white PSG Messi jersey and had no issue. I visit for a second time a month and a half later, and I look around for 15 minutes, and the owner steps in front of me, harassed me to step aside and that I’m not allowed to look around in his store, and claims he’s timed me being in the store for 30 minutes and have not bought anything so I must leave. I did not cause any problems, even asked his wife for a size of a jersey, but he snapped at me for no reason. There was only one other customer in the store so it’s not like it was busy and I was taking up space. He yelled at me for just looking at his products and yelled at me pointing me to the door and coming up to my face claiming I come in here and do this all the time. 2 other customers came and went, and nothing like this happened, not sure if it was because I was the only customer of colour that entered the store. Will not be returning to buy from here.

Great selection of jerseys, cleats, and other soccer related items.Would be a more pleasurable shopping experience if the owner took a step back.He pressures to purchase, and he makes half-jokes which cause tension. He becomes noticeably agitated if he is unable to lead you into purchasing what he wants you to purchase.I've purchased from the store multiple times, as I like to support local retailers, but this owner doesn't make it easy.

The man had jerseys and could have sold one to me. But didn't. I appreciate that because sunfeast was on and he suggested I could buy it there cheaper. But when I need soccer stuff for my growing boys I will be back for sure...

Claudio is one of the most knowledgeable football supporters I've had the pleasure of speaking with and learning from. It’s a great store, lovely variety of gear, and popular jerseys, too bad it isn’t in the best neighbourhood, I’ve bought stuff here multiple times and will again in the future, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, the owner has elusive humour but he’s cool and much better than what the other reviewers said about him. I have one very minor issue I wish they had lesser known teams like Millwall but that isn’t really a problem.

Went into the store to get new boots and the man working there (the owner) was immediately rude. I asked for a few different pairs of boots because I have very unique feet and I needed to see what fit since they didn’t have my usual ones. Owner seemed annoyed by this. He then asked if I preferred the black version of the shoes I asked for or the coloured version. I said black and he said “there’s something wrong with your brain if you prefer black”, I assumed he was joking and forced an uncomfortable laugh. Those boots didn’t fit so I asked to try a different pair and he said “no, we don’t have those in black” and refused to let me try them on. I had to ask one of his employees (who was a very nice person) to get them so I could try them on. Those fit and he accused me of wasting his time and started getting really mad for no reason so I decided not to buy from him. Finally as I was leaving I saw that he had a box of FC London (my club) cards for sale and I was tempted to buy them all so that nobody would think the we were associated with this sorry old man. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

The middle aged man that assisted us at the store today was very rude. From the main room i could see a sign labeled washroom, with an open door leading to it. This open door apparently had a “staff only” sign, which wasn’t visible, however the washroom logo was. As most stores i went to the bathroom and when i came out the man gave me this very condescending tone for multiple minutes, asking me “do you usually use the restroom without asking? Answer this question”, and he made me feel very bad for a simple misunderstanding, even after I apologized, and continued his attitude with me, with little care for context and was very disrespectful. When i was in the washroom apparently my boyfriend asked the same question twice, which he snapped at with “you asked that already !!”. We got the shoes and left in a hurry.
