I live 1hr away from the airport. They were supposed to deliver my lost luggage and called me at 9:45 am saying they were on their way... Instead of dropping off my luggage on the way by Nipigon, they went to Geraldton - Longlac area and are going to drop off on way back to Thunder Bay. I had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do all day but wait for my luggage that should have only taken less than 2 hrs to drop off. Driver calls and says he'll be about an hr. It's 3:03pm now!!! Better hope Thunder Bay airport loses your luggage and have this company deliver. Better to just go to airport and get it yourself and send them the gas bil. Pathetic.
