normally when my friends go and get their haircuts here I always would visit and I haven’t gotten my haircut in almost 7 years but I did finally go and I chose here because I love Sue. She did an amazing job, I got a shampoo and a trim and it was amazing and I’m definitely gonna frequently get more trims

Extremely happy with my service from Lana (colour, highlight, cut and style). She's an absolute pleasure to work with and takes pride in her work, taking the time to ensure a job well done. This was my second time seeing her and I was over the moon both times. Lana really is amazing, especially with colour and highlights!

Lana helped me chopping off the unhealthy hair part caused by my previous hairdresser. She did an amazing haircut with layers. So thankful for that!

Best first choice ice ever been too. Sue and Nemo are absolutely amazing. They have the best attitude, they always make coming in for a hair cut such a relaxing time. They are so respectful, and always make sure you get what you came in for! Hand down will never go anywhere else as long as they are there!

I walked in last minute, needing a light trim on my neck and around my ears. Literally 2 minutes of work, 30 minutes before a wedding. The woman who let me sit down quickly (please forgive me, I forgot your name, but not what you did for me) did a fast and amazing job and wouldn't take any money. Thank-you! Your kindhearted gesture just made a customer for life!

I came in for a bang trim the other day, was greeted politely over the phone beforehand and when at the salon I showed the stylist the photo of the bangs I was aiming for and they were so reassuring and sweet. They asked if the length was okay as they trimmed and how I'd like them styled, which is so appreciated. Overall felt like a million bucks and it was so cheap! Lovely store and will be back thank you <3Update:I went for a trim a few months back to keep my bangs the length I like, unfortunately I was met by a different stylist and had my hair absolutely butchered. I showed my previous hair and she cut my bangs straight across in one swipe. They are literally a cm long and when I said that was so short she brushed it off and said they grow". I left with my hair still wet. Worst haircut of my life and they were trimmed so short the bangs still barely hit my eyebrows after 2 months :("

Lana fixed a previous hairdresser’s mistakes and did a balayage. I love the outcome, the transition is so natural and the colours are gorgeous! She also faded some bright pink that I had in my hair very nicely. She is very friendly and it’s important to her that you’re happy with the result.

Sue is very kind and is the best hairstylist I know! I have been going here for years! Never have been disappointed, this place is very clean and extremely professional! Definitely would recommend.

I have been going to First Choice for many years and always ask for Sue! She gives great personal customer service, is friendly and certainly knows what she is doing – she takes great pride in her work! My hair always looks awesome when I leave the salon! I highly recommend her!!
