The lady I spoke to on the phone today was being rude! When I got confused about a prescription and tried to ask for more information she’s like “can I help you with anything else” but sounded rude and sounded like she wanted to rush me off the phone

I want to enjoy supporting this neighborhood pharmacy however every time I come here, I have an awful experience. The women who work here are always rude & make it quite obvious that my questions & simple prescription drop offs are a nuisance to them. One lady in particular today was finally the straw that broke the canals back & I unfortunately, will not be returning. I also noticed that all employees working there today were not wearing masks, which felt a tad alarming.

For many years I've picked up my medications from here and pharmacist has been nice and helpful. I've noticed since last year the lady answers the phone and receives the prescription is so rude and arrogant each time I have to deal with her.Today, I had enough with this. I'm sure there are many good pharmacy in this town to appreciate my business.

If I could give no start to this pharmacy I would, the person that works at the pharmacy (if you could call her that) is the rudest individual ever. She talks down to me every time I visit this pharmacy. She makes you feel likes you are worthless. The owner seems to not care she treats people this way too. I came in to get a prescription for medication that as of January, that can be obtained at the pharmacy without seeing a doctor.Instead of asking me how she can help me she pointed her finger to next door and said go see the doctor to get a prescription.Her attitude is disgusting. I can assure you I will no longer be returning here and will never recommend anyone else here. This individual should not be working with people, face-to-face.

Fast service, friendly staff and nice product selection.

These guys are wonderful and on point. They have my prescriptions always filled and contact me every week to make sure I'm home for the delivery. Thank you and I appreciate you guys. 5 stars

Very professional, accurate in counting and proper drug being dispensed. Friendly to all customers, no matter who you are. And if they dont have what you need in stock, they will have it with 24 hrs or less. Thank you for all the help. I find at times some people take professional behavior as rude. The people have a lot of responsibilities when dispensing drugs and one little mistake could cost you your life, so please be understanding and respectful when dealing with them.

The staff is always so wonderful here. I've mostly dealt with Kris, Amir, and Dave.They always care, and remember when you're having issues with your health, making sure to ask how you're doing and if things have resolved.Thanks everyone at the Pharmacy! Keep up the good work!

The employees at this pharmacy were very hostile and snarky towards me almost every time I called to refill prescriptions, I felt like I was bothering them despite the fact that they are literally being paid to pick up the phone. There was one occurrence where I actually called to refill my prescriptions and I was hung up on before I could finish my sentence. I do not recommend coming to this pharmacy unless you want to be met by rude and unfriendly staff.
