My experience shopping at EQ3 in Laval was one of the best sales experiences I’ve ever had. Randa was extremely helpful, never pushed us but always there when we had a question. She also was very honest in helping us with exactly what we needed, she was not there to just “make the sale.” They also have a designer who works there, Karine, and she is very helpful. They suggested I can take pictures when I get home, and she can help me find furniture that matches when I come back. I will definitely go back for my next purchase!

Great selection of products at great prices (way cheaper than on the website). Service was also really good, the salesperson answered all the questions I had and was really patient with me.Definitely recommend visiting the store if you’re looking for good furniture at a good price!

I’ve bought several things from “regular” EQ3, as well as the liquidation center, including two sofas. The service has been excellent across the board, and the furniture is not only attractive, it’s also very very comfortable with good support for my back. I’m very happy with the quality. If you go during a sale the value is excellent as well. These three elements are what makes me give this place all 5 stars!

I would recommend this place to anyone, the staff was very helpful and friendly. My boyfriend and I purchased a bed we saw in the showroom at a regular store for a great price. The furniture is well-designed and beautiful. We will definitely be returning to furnish other parts of our home.

Always a positive experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with a great turnover of products - a bit plus in this pandemic is the almost immediate shipping of your product instead of having to wait months for your furniture! I definitely recommend a visit

Extremely courteous & helpful staff - Victor went above & beyond to put together a floor model on display just so I could see what my bed would look like while his colleague reviewed decor options to ensure I was comfortable with my decision. I highly recommend this store :)

Great experience, the salesperson was bilingual and listened to our needs. I have never been to this store but was driving by and decided last minute to stop; glad we did and we bought 7 kitchen chairs, they wrapped them and we were able to pick them up mid week and or they could deliver for a small fee.If they carried more up to date items I would likely shop there even more often for sofas or more items, we got lucky

I would recommend this place , staff were friendly not like brick where they want to make sale and Comission. Today I bought a sofa and the price was reasonable to me for two reason , it was less then other store with similar type and this is Canadian made.
