I don’t know why this place hasn’t got better reviews. I called asking about renting a unit as I know nothing about them. The girls on the phone Teresa and Kirsten were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be using this facility to store my items.

I called to get rates and the guy was super pushy every time I said I had to talk to my husband which is code for I'm calling around and getting prices at other places he would sigh or make a noise or whatever he was super super pushy used car salesman attitude.

Customer service portion was great, tons of socially distanced opportunities but still accommodated in person needs. My only complaint is the condition of the driveways in the satellite location. In a small vehicle it wouldn't be an issue, but moving in a Uhaul, the large and frequent potholes shift and tip anything in the cube that isn't tightly strapped down. If you could have portions of the alleys re-done, sending emails to tenants ahead of time, it would make your facility more accessible and dam near perfect as far as I'm concerned

As far as the people, there is nothing but praise for them. They were very friendly and helpful as far as the rest, will I have nothing good to say!The roads are deplorable, there are big mud holes, the road leading up to the gate has 2 big holes. The storage unit have not be looked after in years. The one I rented had a big crack on the floor going into the unit. I really have to say after renting 2 different units and 2 different times this will be the last. You charge a lot but not up any money back into it.

Sentinel Storage is great place to store all your personal effects. I recently had 2 of there units and they were extremely clean when I moved in and that is how I left it for them. The staff has been awesome to deal with and would highly recommend the Lethbridge staff anytime... They take care of any and all issues promptly...Pleasure to deal with.. Much Thanks

The staff was friendly and helpful, I had issues in the past with other storage units and these units were clean with lighting. Definitely recommend Sentinel Storage to people looking to keep their belongings in a good unit.
