She was very helpful and answered all of our questions with superior knowledge of the Samsung phone we purchased. Another 5 star experience.

NOT A REVIEW, I just have a question. Do you guys do battery replacements for iPhones? I had my battery replaced at Future Tech after the phone I bought from them was at 79% battery life yesterday but they replaced it with a non-genuine battery.

Had a great experience dealing with Emma. Went in looking to upgrade my kids phones for Christmas and Emma made a great recommendation. Now the kids got what they want and my wife and I got an upgrade too! Very personable, friendly and genuine. I would recommend Emma if your looking for an upgrade!

Wireless wave Kevin was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to make my experience to get my s23 ultra that I have been waiting for. I hadn't updated my phone in over 6 years and there hadn't been an opportunity for as great of a sale as there was when I went in at the end of March. I'm so thankful for the way he was Able to go above and beyond to follow through with the sale, as the back end had made changes from Sunday to Monday. Would recommend purchasing my next phone from him.

Well what rating is above 5 stars? This service is better than the best! As a senior with hearing issues.. I have been treated royally. I have been in the facility long enough to observe the exemplary service to everyone who enters. Their customer service should receive some recognition...maybe a suggestion box in the mall...people could place a ballot in box with note about customer service.. They are delightful folks. She really took the time and made sure I understood all the possible plans and outcomes so that my plan would fit me accordingly and I couldn’t be happier with the decision I choose thanks to all her time/patience and help! Always a warm welcome coming here, my mom and I have been coming here for years now. Everyone is always so accommodating, would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I am so so so satisfied with my new iPhone 13 and plan! Emma was super helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! And patient! I needed a plan that I can add U.S. coverage, and I didn’t need 50GB of data, but 256GB of space on my IPhone. I got a plan perfectly tailored for my needs. There was an issue with transferring my phone number to the new provider, so Emma and the senior rep (nice guy, sorry don’t know his name) contacted the provider and got it resolved. Very happy, would strongly recommend Wireless Wave to anyone looking for a solid customized plan, exceptional customer service with a personal touch.
