LF Optical - Toronto - Sunrise Avenue

I generally shop at the LF Retail store at Bay/Adelaide Ctr. and then come to Sunrise to pick up my glasses. The experience has been excellent. I made the mistake of going to another optical store and their Top of the line lenses" didn't compare to the ones at LF"

Horrible customer service. Fiancé brought in glasses to get fitted with new lenses. They BROKE the frames while fitting the lenses.Manager at other location said “ it’s not their fault if the frames break in their care” They refused to give compensation, or provide any help with replacing the glasses and new lenses.Avoid at all costs !!!!

Been coming here for almost 5 years now, prices are always competitive, no need to wait long for glasses as they make it there. Lulu is always pleasant and always has smile in her face and helpful. Definitely recommend it for anybody looking for eyeglasses or sunglasses

I have purchased glasses for myself and sent family to LF Optical on Sunrise Ave. over the years. They have a great selection of frames. As my eyes have a super high prescription, I am thrilled with my new lenses, they are thinner than I have ever had and don't have a stark white edge. I appreciate the care the staff take in their work and the customer service. I highly recommend this location.

I have been shopping at the Sunrise Avenue location for several years as it was recommended by my sister who is a customer. I've also recommended it to several friends and family members. However, today I had a horrible experience. I went in with a pair of glasses which I purchased 2 years ago. I saw my optometrist last week thinking that I needed a new prescription. The optometrist looked at my glasses and said that the lenses were sub-standard" and I didn't need a new prescription. She said the lenses were "wavy" and she'd never seen anything like it before. The lady I dealt with refused to do anything about it because the one-year warranty had ended (although she saw the problem with the lenses). She would not even consider a discounted price if I ordered new lenses. This is NOT what I expected to hear at all. I was very disappointed and will not be visiting them again."

Been coming to this location for well over 20 years. All of my family who need glasses come here. David has always provided consistent quality service and competitive prices. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone especially someone with a challenging high prescription. David has taken the time to get the best lens and frame combo to keep my coke bottle lenses small for years.Do yourself a favour and check them out.

I purchased two pair of glasses. One pair of sunglasses and a second pair of glasses. I was surprised that the lens for the sunglasses were glass lenses but when they were replaced with prescription lenses the lens was plastic. But they work. My second pair of glasses have been a disappointment. I returned them twice but I was told they couldn’t do anything for me and I just needed to get used to them. That may be true, but I cannot get used to them so I have a pair of very expensive glasses that I can’t use. Maybe it’s just me, but next time I’ll try a different manufacturer.I went back a third time and spoke to David. He was able to make adjustments so that these glasses worked for me. I appreciate his effort. I will use them in the future.

This location has exceptional customer service and they have wide selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. My husband and I went to this location Lulu saw us looking for eyeglasses and asked if she could help us with anything- Lulu manages the store is very helpful very courteous. She has fantastic customer service and very accommodating and she definitely went above and beyond.
