They were nice at first but as the WCB program was ending they stopped caring. Asked about rescheduling an appointment and the receptionist lied and never got back to me. Claimed I could've called them at any time" when they're closed on the weekend and I specifically asked on Friday and the appointment was Monday. No logic."

Sadly, not the greatest experience although the kinesiologist/ physio were nice - treatments were generic not customized to my needs and based on my feedback - coordinators/ helpers communicating to my employer caused additional stress and challenges which could easily have been avoided - this business seems to focus on profit vs long term patient recovery - seems very well connected with inss. companies which can be good or bad all depending on the situation. The doctor & occupational therapist only assessed me over web meeting ( due to C19) trying to make it quick and not about listening to actual patient concerns. The entire recovery program" was done online with little benefit for my ongoing injuries. Disappointing experience and would be cautious in recommending - perhaps the in-person experience is totally different and this I cannot speak to as I have yet to visit this facility."

The staff members did not come on time for proper care. For example for a morning care they suppose to come early morning to take them wash room, dressed up and have breakfast, however showed up 11-12pm almost lunch time. In addition instead of giving care they focus on meals & coffee when clients are so desperate to go to washroom. Your staffs needs a good supervision. When family tell them they are so staburn don’t listen. CBI needs to be investigated by external Alberta health services.

CBI Central holds a special place in my heart. Every one of the staff members is like family to me - they all remember me when I walk through the door, and are so accommodating and kind. I have nothing but the highest of things to say about Sean Clarke. But the front end staff - Eliza and Anna and Karen and Anne-Marie and Stephanie - always make sure to go above and beyond for me in all that I need. The therapists are amazing - Terri has helped me recover and heal from several injuries. Ryan is a fabulous manager - one of the best the clinic has seen in years. You’ll be lucky to have clinicians such as Vanessa and Maggie and Wally on your rehabilitation team. If I could give them higher than a five star rating, I would. Even though this CBI location isn’t the closest for me, I always choose and recommend the Central location for their supreme care and kindness in treating and dealing with their clients. Thank you for all you guys have ever done for me, and everything you continue to do for me and my family ❤️ You guys have a special place in my heart.

Vidhi Kardani was my physiotherapist - she was great and knowledgeable, and provided me with a thorough treatment plan and exercise program. The CBI receptionists were very friendly and accommodating with schedule changes as well. Thank you so much!

I highly advise against this place and the doctor that has authority for your case. Unexpectedly my WCB claim was ended by the doctor here. I was clearly still in pain and was put back to full duties by the doctor here. My doctor and physio and others Healthcare professionals have me still on a healing phase and because of him I am now on my own and still hurt. To my fellow injured people trying to heal and need time. DO NOT SEE THE DOCTOR HERE !!! Because I have seen him my life and how its going to heal is in a dangerous place. My job is extremely heavy and he put me back to fullduties. Went for physio after phone call and she asked right away, did WCB ask you to go see him and I said yes they did. She called it right away, they send you to doctors like him to have your claims ended. He's a stooge was her exact words. I neg anyone else on a healing painful journey not Togo here and take whatever steps to go else where.

I had an assessment done by one of the doctors here (approx 4 months ago) for a workplace injury that occurred in 2019 and has never healed despite being in physio, regularly seeing a chiropractor, getting acupuncture, and completing CBI’s back to work program. The assessment was done over zoom due to covid 19. The doctor began asking questions regarding my condition, and once he found out that I was on maternity leave at that time he completely changed his tune. He blamed the severe pain I’ve had since my 2019 injury on my 2021 pregnancy, stating that “every woman has back pain after having children” and said that with exercise I’ll be fine. He watched me do a couple simple exercises (that I could barely do) and then reported to wcb that I would be able to go back to work full time and with no accommodated duties. Thankfully my wcb case worker agreed that his assessment was unacceptable and referred me to have an assessment through life-mark. The doctor at life-mark has me working for a maximum of 2 hours, on medication for nerve pain, cortisone injections, referred me for a nerve conduction study, and has me on the waiting list for the chronic pain program. To the doctor I saw through CBI.. thanks for nothing!

Only had two appointments so far but the Kinesiologist and Physiotherapist are both very thorough, good listeners, and very professional. They have asked more questions and given me more information in two sessions than I received in 4 months at my previous Physiotherapy establishment.Four stars instead of 5 are due to the building itself, feeling a little dark and gloomy. In need of an update.
