Pronto Towing

Fred saved us a few hours North, super friendly too!

They didn't have any actual tow trucks available in the area. Even so, after waiting only 10 minutes, someone from the company came in a truck to check on me and see if I could possibly get out. Thanks to him and a super helpful firefighter with a jeep, I was out in no time. Really appreciated the help and service.

This was the first time I broke down. The lady on the phone was so amazing. Also the tow truck driver and his wife where the absolute best. I would recommend this service 100%

I locked my keys in my car at the grocery store in Terrace at 9:30 last night. Pronto showed up within 10 minutes and got me into my car in no time! Great service.

Fantastic, friendly, and quick service. Had issues with my car starting and accepted it as a loss, convinced that I would have to figure out how to get a new car on a tight budget. Went to them to get a tow and they offered to try to boost it at half the cost of towing and wouldnt have charged if it didnt work. My car is now running and I'm less stressed about the future to come. Would absolutely recommend and will go to them if I have issues in the future.

I'm very disappointed in the service and treatment received while using this towing company. They did not follow through with their agreement to provide updates on when they would deploy their crew to tow our truck. Their communication was very poor. Sadly, when we expressed these concerns we were told we were no longer welcome customers. All of this in a time of crisis. I'm saddened by the lack of compassion and follow through this company provided to us. I hope things can improve in the future and that others are met with more kindness, understanding, and compassion (foundational components of quality customer service) than we were. For now, I would recommend any other company than Pronto.

I used there service a few years back there drive picked me up from where I was drove me back out the my vehicle 65 km up the road then towed me to Rupert. But this year I found a fellow on the highway way almost out as far as I was I drove to the next place where cell service was working and pinto was my first call gave them the mile markers he was between they said they would send someone out to the check they must've gotten him because we where looking for him on the way back and he was gone this is and will be the first place I phone if I need them again
